T Flynn is exceptional. He does not quite until you are approved. There is no such thing as office hours. When I was faced with challenges and ready to give up he told me to stay positive and it will all work out and it did. This is my 2nd contract with Approvd. I love the fact that EVERYTIME I called he picked up the phone that is unheard of in todays word. I would recommend working with T Flynn to find the best loan deal for you.
