I ordered dog food on the 11th May 2023 and I am still waiting???

It still hasn't been shipped. I'm really annoyed as I've had to buy a different food to cover the gap

Not happy at all, I made a order on the 16 May today is the 21st of May still have not received it, I also emailed and no answer, just wondering if and when it will arrive?

This store has become my go-to for pet supplies, thanks to their exceptional service and quick delivery.

Up until recently they have been great for a wide selection, however service has degraded recently. I placed an order for esential dry dog food and some treats for my doggo, after a week a tiny box arrived with no sign of my dog food. I had to contact them to be told they were out of stock so didnt deliver and would now refund me.
Why they couldnt be proactive and firstly contact me perhaps offer an alternative or refund me automatically without having to chase is beyond me and an example of poor service.
A real shame but will look for a new provider now that can offer a better experience for me.

Our dog loves the sprats and they are such a great source of omega for our dog. He has problems with his elbow and we have noticed a positive difference in his mobility since we started giving him these

I am very sorry that I have to write such a review because I was far from it. However, I bought 15kg Eden food from you, the cost of which was high and I was left with nothing. The bag arrived with holes in it! On Monday I sent the first e-mail asking for clarification of the situation; then there was a second email and a call to Club Dog. Yesterday I called again and asked someone to contact me, but unfortunately no one wrote back or called me back. Therefore, I had to use a bag of food with holes in it because I had nothing else in the house. The dog got diarrhea! As of today, I am without food and with my dog ​​on a diet. I don't know if these holes caused the quality of the food to be so bad that the dog got sick or if it was a coincidence; however, the lack of response and willingness to explain this situation is unacceptable.

My dog loves the fish twists and am hoping they will help clean her teeth... we'll see! Arrived sooner than I expected & boxed so remained in good shape rather than a bag of crumbs. With 15% off we're very happy thank you.

I ordered my product 2 weeks ago which was a present and I’m still waiting for this which is extremely disappointing. I emailed and chased up order and they said it’s with the courier and they will chase up which was nearly a week ago. I emailed again yesterday and have had no response. So I won’t be using this company again!

The cozy crocodile was already coming apart at the seem complete waste of money and the elephant wasn’t much better,I ordered lots for my dogs as I’d had emergency surgery and they needed entertaining order came quickly I’m just disappointed on how bad the product was so not really the company I bought froms fault and I would buy from them again

Balls are a perfect replacement for tennis balls. Adjusting to the bounce factor though!!

A strap on my dog’s halter bought from the company a few months ago has come unstitched. I sent it back as requested and and have immediately received another one from this excellent company.My wife, Clare and I buy all our accessories and most of the dog food from them.

My order was delivered promptly and the items were correct. Unfortunately I had order 4x one product and it wasn't quite what I expected. I'd like to return them and swap for something else but it's not obvious how you can do this on the web site.
