AVOID AVOID AVOID
This company is a total scammer. I ordered 2 XL Chuckit balls. Only one arrived, in a package that had already been opened on arrival to me.
On contacting the company they apologised and said they would issue another ball. They confirmed theyâd issued it, and a week later it still hadnât arrived. I contacted them again to ask for a tracking number, only to be told that the ball hadnât yet been issued, it would be issued the following day.
I asked for a refund instead of a replacement on the basis that this company clearly arenât genuine or honest with their customers, and unsurprisingly, itâs now radio silent. No refund and no tracking number for a replacement ball.
If you donât want to be scammed avoid using this company. Itâs the first time I had purchased from them and I will not be using them ever again. If I could give no stars I would.
Disgraceful, should not be in operation.
