Positives are his knowledge when onboarding, and assistance when you've got him on the phone. My needs changed over time and needed more presence. After offboarding, he was helpful in assisting the new CFO.

Ben's advice was valuable. If you seek advice about ecommerce related accounting issues, then there is no downside to the free consultation that I can think of. Ben was the first accountant I spoke to, who could actually give answers to questions and converse about the related topics with me. My frustration with the previous accountants is that they had less knowledge than I did from doing my own research and that they didn't follow up promptly to help answer queries they suggested they would answer. This was not my experience with Ben. It was a relief finally to get confirmation on some doubts I was having and confirmation about my business and if I was on the right path. His feedback helped me solve a VAT related question that had been nagging and unsolved by previous accountants. Ben does not try to pressure you towards his company's accounting services if you don't need an accountant yet and I can easily see myself picking his company's services from the moment when I finally need a full time accountant. Very happy I booked a consult.

I had an Amazon guy calling me trying to convince me of expanding , who didnt know the VAT issues coming with the expanding himself , and confused me with his wrong suggestions .
I than thaught I am wrong with how I am treating our VATs in the EU .
The Amazon guy never got back to me ....very customer unfriendly I ld say ....
