Item comes in a box u have to assemble yourself unless you are a florist the paper they give you to wrap is basic paper just rips and will not fold around neatly and the tie they give to finish won't... ãã£ãšèŠã

Beautiful product
Beautiful product however paid extra for hand-delivery but wasn't made aware of when it was being delivered so the recipient wasn't home and had to go the collection office to receive it, took the personalisation away from the gift. Otherwise perfect product.
