First golf trip
Courses, transfers and hotel was perfect, seamless service and high quality Vs budget.
Communication post payment was the only reason this isn't five star. James was very helpful and quick to respond pre-payment but as soon as balance was cleared, communication dropped. When I wanted to make amendments the response slowed or was non existent. Eventually I was transferred to another colleague who was somewhat better but it still felt like an inconvenience.
YGT - if your representatives can maintain the quality/speed of communication, post payment, this would be a 5.

Last minute golf trip to South Wales
Organised a last minute golf trip to play Royal Porthcawl, Pennard and Pyle & Kenfig with Tas Baker at YGT.
Fantastic professional service from Tas who also booked our accommodation at the Mercure Swansea.
The quality of service we received both at the hotel and all 3 golf clubs was excellent and I would recommend this trip to golfers who are looking to play some great South Wales courses.
