"Item never arrived, it was left in a public areas next to an open door that opens onto the street. Contacted Evri and this lot!, because they have a picture of it in the public space they say it's delivered, not considering that it was taken from the public areas. Now I have to pay £180 for something someone else is enjoying"

The above is the review I left about this company...boy was i wrong. They read my review and reached out to me and offered a full refund and sincere apologies. I have never been so wrong about a company and feel just terrible that I thought that way about them. Evri the delivery company is what's holding everything up, FYLO are just stuck in the middle. Im so happy I can change my review as I don't like putting company's down or hurting there business. Thank you FYLO ❤️

I ordered a raincover for my pram but it came and was a cover for stroller pram with handles.. my pram has a bar.. so I couldn’t use it n further still there was a fault with raincover.. it had stitching coming away from raincover.. so was faulty anyone.. I sent it bk explaining What was wrong and they had cheek to say to me that it had been inspected and because it was right order sent to what I ordered they had refunded me £2.99 when the raincover and postage for delivery(£2.99 delivery) came to £15.99.. I sent them email n they tried to tell me £10 deduction had been taken from my refund.. for restocking n postage fee.. even though it cost me £2.99 delivery.. I am absolutely disgusted with the response and I should have full refund as item was faulty.. hook that clips on at front of raincover had come away the stitching hanging off.. I showed them a pic of my pram to show I couldn’t of used raincover at all as there’s no way it can go on my pram.. they said they may b able to offer £4 more.. hmmm makes me so angry.. crap customer cares.. poor inspection team as said after inspection of item it was as meant to be.. which isn’t true.. I would never order from this company again and yeah good at sending order out but when a problem they don’t want to sort it out.. I wasn’t made aware that they would only issue me £2.99 instead of £15.99 before I sent. Only when they received it.. complete utter joke!!!!!!!!

Wish I could give more stars! The shipping was very speedy, I only placed my order early Tuesday morning and my parcel arrived yesterday (Thursday) I washed and dried the moses basket bedding and put it on today, I'm absolutely in love with it 😍 I cannot wait for my little man to be born and see him in it 💙 thank you so much 'For your little one' I was struggling to find a liner that would fit my moses basket as it is a curved one, but yours is perfect 💙

I love the products of Your Little One UK. They are with high quality and great price. I loved them for my baby. I always buy gifts for my friends from this company as new baby gifts. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased an item, mid December 2023, as a Xmas present for a friend who lives in the UK ( I live in NZ ) and communications suggested that all was well with the order.
Unfortunately the package never arrived at the recipients and follow up with Royal Mail advises to approach seller so they can follow up.
I have sent two emails to Your Little One UK, and my friend (in the UK ) has made multiple phone calls to the contact details that were on the website. The emails have not been responded to and the calls not answered.
There is now a generic message on the website saying that the administrator will be back on the 8th of January 2024 to process orders.
I write this review on the 16th of January 2024 with little hope that I will receive a response from this business.

Absolutely delighted with this set. I bought this for my granddaughter who is expecting a baby boy in November and she too is delighted with every item. Lovely quality and beautifully made. The packaging was equally as nice and made the experience of opening it very special for my granddaughter

Really happy with the quality and item arrived really quickly.

I ordered a baby shower outfit it was lovely.I then tried to order another one as my niece is having twins.It wasn’t available so in all fairness they refunded my original item promptly without a fuss.I will certainly purchase from this site in the future.

I just love the produce, beautifully presented and can’t wait to take it to Australia for my granddaughter

My order was for a size 3 - 6 months old and I received a size 6 - 9 months old. It is a Christmas gift so therefore I do not have the time to return it now.
