I am passionate about the benefits of nurturing touch so in addition to providing treatments for mums, I teach baby massage, baby reflexology, toddler reflexology and well-being classes for parents with babies and young children.I am fully trained, insured and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, Association of Reflexologists and International Association of Infant Massage.

Baby massage, nursery rhymes and cake!
I attended a 6 week baby massage class with my newborn baby (6 weeks +). Lucie was very friendly and professional. We went through each of the different massages, adding additional movements each week so it was easy to remember each stage as we went along. She also follows up with handouts after every class that you can follow along. Lucie also sings nursery rhymes and reads a poem at the end. There is then coffee and cake and time for the mums to chat. Overall a really lovely experience and I would highly recommend it!
