Awful company and customer service, got sent the wrong product so contacted them and was told a new one would be sent out next week, never replied and now no replies to any emails or phone calls. Been 8 months now, guess I’m not getting.

Shambles is not even suffice to describe the non existent level of customer service. I ordered seven printed photo's to be mounted and framed from my daughter's weeding last Spring 2021 in May ( 2021) a few arrived with frames in pieces and the others have never appeared! I have been promised since last September this would be resolved however today still nothing. I have called on endless occasions however telephone rings out then cuts off! I have called over a dozen times this morning alone however no answer and no email response.

What a shambles of a company! Been waiting nearly 3 months for a Christmas present I ordered in November! I’ve sent numerous emails and after a long wait for a reply, I get totally fobbed off with the same poor excuse! Not even an apology or an update! The customer service is absolutely shocking as is the general overall service. Do not waste your time and money using this amateur firm

Ordered a canvass early December for a Christmas present- never recevied! I have emailed several times and received a reply to say products delayed due to Covid etc but now emails are coming back undelivered and there is no answer on the phone line.

Ordered print 9/1/22 have not received it yet was for a birthday gift.
I have sent numerous emails and phoned with no reply.
Why don’t they admit they can’t full fill order and refund money.
I have contacted bank to try and have cost refunded.
15/2/22-I have received an email from Gallery 51 informing me they have gone into liquidation.

Items took a long time to arrive so ruined Christmas for me.
When they did finally arrive some items were missing. The items I did receive were only fit for the bin.
Nothing like they are advertising, marks, scratchs. Such poor quality. I spent alot of money with this company and Im devestated.
I feel robbed.
Customer service only rang me when I said I'd go to trading standards.
She honestly couldn't had been any ruder, disgusting how she spoke to me and I'm sure others.
Products - rubbish
Staff - unapproachable, rude, angry, don't want to resolve any issues and really don't care. Save your money there are much better companies online with great products and a customer service that cares.

This has to be the worst company i have ever dealt with. Lie after lie, no reply to mails and the girl on the phone (when you get through) has no interest in helping you. They just take your money and won't reply to you. How can this be allowed. Avoid avoid avoid

Absolutely shocking!
After my first order was nearly 3 months of messing about, I stupidly decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and order again.
4 months!!! More than 4 months actually!
Saying they’d sent it when they clearly hadn’t, no communication, won’t answer the phones. When they do answer you are just fobbed off with lies.
Never again!!!!

I paid Gallery 51 on 03/12/21, when they were still promoting pre Christmas delivery. Despite me sending several emails I have received nothing. Their replies to my correspondence are blunt & lack any information regarding when I might receive the items paid for.

I have purchased many items over the years. My most recent order prior to this one was subject to lengthy delays and customer service was poor. Due to being happy with goods and service until that time I decided to give them another chance………BIG MISTAKE!!!

I have had to shop for alternative Christmas gifts to replace the ones Gallery 51 have failed to deliver.

If you are looking for photo gifts I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Took my money on 1st December (hoping for delivery by xmas). I cant get through to anyone on the phone and no-one replies to my emails. I've definitely been scammed, more fool me for not reading these reviews and SHAME ON GROUPON for promoting this awful company.

Ordered in nearly 3 months ago! Continually told they will get it out to me and then nothing arrives

Ordered item direct on 19/9/21.
They took payment on 20/9/21. A not insignificant amount.
Item still not received despite e mail assurance (twice) my order would be marked urgent.

Was very happy with a previous purchase made 12 months ago, but would not use in the future. Like many other reviewers, the item is a personalised gift, so pretty useless after the event.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing for my friends 50th. More than 6 weeks after ordering the item has still not arrived and is now 2 weeks late for the birthday. I have chased by email several times a week and been told 4 times now that the canvas has been despatched which is clearly a complete lie.
You will be sorely disappointed and let down if you use this company, don’t believe what you see on their website.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a wowcher with this company. It was ordered on 7th July as a birthday present for my nephew on 24th July. After numerous email chasers I was told I would be emailed when it was despatched (not helpful at all), or that it was about to be despatched.

They are now ignoring my emails, so I’ve gone to wowcher direct to complain and arrange a refund. As I had paid extra direct to Gallery 51 wowcher won’t cover this, yet they are still happy to promote this company on their website.

When I asked wowcher for the details in order to complain I was told they have discussed this in detail and will be ending the chat!!

Sorry to say that I’m so used to poor service these days that I usually just accept it and move on, however I am furious at the lack of any kind of customer service from either company!

Avoid these cowboys at all costs

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Bought a groupon for my son’s birthday. Ordered on 8th July . Never turned up. Still pursuing refund for postage costs as eventually groupon refunded cost of item. Postage was £7.00 ( nearly as much as groupon ) I’d give 0 stars if there was an option . I’m going to credit card company for refund it’s the principal . I have a list of emails promising refunds as long as my arm !

Absolubsutely awful customer service still waiting on nameplates ordered July 3rd receptionist who answers phone has zero people skills wowcher should definately remove from their list very disapponting

Wish I'd read the reviews also. I used a wowcher to buy a present for my son's 13th. I placed my order on 12th July (his birthday is 4th August). The week before his birthday I tried to contact them to tell them I hadn't received the order but couldn't get through on the phones all day so I emailed them. They said the order had been delayed because they didn't have the materials required to make it. I wouldn't have minded so much if they had contacted me and told me! It arrived on 3rd August so missed his birthday. They apologised but it didnt seem sincere.

I wish I’d read the reviews before hand . I placed an order for a canvas through purchasing a discount via wowcher !
The order should have been quick and within 7’days .
I’ve been told once it’s been despatched and would be delivered . Given a tracking number that had been used last year and untraceable . On questions be asked for this I’m then suddenly told that they have stock issues . Total load of rubbish . This was purchased in good faith for a present . I still haven’t received my order and will never use this company again . Very surprised as I’m a pandemic I actually thought they needed the business and would make ever effort to fulfill it . Avoid unless you want to be chasing your order constantly and being fed a lot of rubbish !!!!

I wish I’d have read these reviews before buying on groupon. They don’t deserve one star but you can’t review without giving! They are a despicable company, who just rip you off taking your money. I’m an disgusted at them and groupon for advertising them! Do not use…. I’m fighting for my refund!!!
