Kupiłam bilety na mecz FC Barcelona – Espanyol i początkowo bardzo się stresowałam po przeczytaniu opinii w internecie. Zapłaciłam 325€ za bilet w Players Zone.
Bilety faktycznie przyszły dopiero dzien przed meczem, co było trochę stresujące, jest stały kontakt z operatorem który nakierowuje i pomaga z biletami,ostatecznie wszystko było w porządku. Weszliśmy bez problemu na stadion, miejsca się zgadzały i mecz był świetny.
Podsumowując: proces jest mało komfortowy przez późną wysyłkę biletów, ale w moim przypadku wszystko przebiegło pomyślnie i bilety były ważne. DZIĘKI!!!

Très mauvaise expérience. J ai acheté des billets sur ticket.net pour un match de foot Arsenal Everton. On est venu exprès de France on avait demandé l assurance d être côté Arsenal et ça n a pas été le cas et en plus nos places ont été vendues à d autres personnes donc on s est retrouvé sans place dans un coin et côté adversaire pour nous. C est inadmissible. Nous ne recommandons pas ce site.

pessimi. acquistati 4 biglietti per una partita di calcio in trasferta ben due mesi prima dell'evento: a meno di 48 ore (con il viaggio già organizzato -e pagato: treno, hotel e trasfer) mi arrivava una mail in cui comunicavano che il venditore non avrebbe emesso i biglietti. Nessuna motivazione. Di fatto ho pagato due mesi fa per un evento a cui non ho partecipato, perdendo i soldi della trasferta, e attendendo non si sa quanto tempo per la restituzione di quanto pagato per i biglietti (intanto loro hanno i miei soldi in tasca...)

2 Billets achetés le 15/12/25 pour le match PSG-NEWCASTLE du 28/01/26 au parc des princes. Là je suis en route vers Paris (4h de route) et je n'ai toujours pas reçu par mail mes tickets. YTN a déjà reporté par 2 fois l'envoi de mes tickets... Mais ils me "garantissent" la livraison avant le match... Il est 13h30, je roule avec le doute de pouvoir assister au match.... Pas de réponses aux mails de relance, messagerie vocale quand on appelle et chat avec un bot IA qui nous fait tourner en rond.... Bref, on verra le souvenir que mon fils aura de son cadeau de Noël.

We traveled specifically to Milan for this event. The tickets were later cancelled, and for about one and a half months the company kept promising a refund, but no money was returned.
As a result, I had to contact my bank and initiate a Mastercard chargeback, which is currently ongoing.
The payment appears as YOURTICKETNET / Boca Raton / USA on the bank statement.
At the time of writing this review, the tickets are cancelled and the refund has not been received.
Be prepared to involve your bank if you deal with this reseller.

I attended the Manchester City vs Chelsea match on January 4th, and everything went perfectly. I received the ticket on time, it worked without any issues at the stadium, and I was able to enjoy the match with no stress at all.

Hi, i bought some footbal tickets online for Internationale Milano-Ac Milan . The order has been cancelled with one day before the game . This was on 21 nov 2025. From that time i never received a refund. And was nearly 500£. . I tried to contact them on all the available options . Nothing solved . Most probably i have to go in court to can have my money back. Worst service ever. I will never use it again

Changed my tickets on day of the game to cheaper ones and despite promising to refund the difference, they are refusing to honour it. You get the 'refund being processed soon, notified by email when conplete' rubbish. Two months later, absolutely nada. Avoid, avoid, avoid..

Ho acquistato i biglietti per la partita Inter-Liverpool e tutto è andato per il meglio. Il sito web è facile da usare e ho ricevuto i biglietti puntualmente. Anche il personale è stato gentile e ha risposto rapidamente alle mie domande.

Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza semplice e senza stress. Utilizzerei sicuramente di nuovo questa azienda se avessi bisogno di biglietti per un altro evento.

Excellent service. Bought 22 tickets for Real v Barca in August. They were guaranteed as 11 pairs of 2. I spoke to them but still took a leap of faith sending £16k. The comms were concise and clear. Tix were guaranteed before midnight on Saturday. Arrived about 2pm. Easy to download to wallet. All were genuine and everyone had an amazing time at “El Clasico” yesterday. Based on my experience, I can’t rate this company highly enough.

Then three days before the match they said there would be no tickets for me,

I lost my money because I ordered plane tickets, the hotel was lost and I had to pay for renting a car.

I do not recommend this company to anyone,

I purchased 3 tickets for the Champions League Final in Munich through this company in February 2025, well in advance of the May event. I received a confirmation and was told my tickets were secured.

Upon arriving in Munich, I contacted the company multiple times. They assured me repeatedly—via chat and email—that the tickets would be delivered the day before the game. That never happened. I kept following up and was told, again, that tickets would be delivered on game day.

To my shock and disappointment, the night before the match, I received a vague email stating the tickets were canceled—no explanation, no phone call, and no real support. Their so-called “customer service” is just a chatbot with no human assistance or accountability.

This was an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. We spent thousands of dollars traveling to Germany and never got into the final, despite buying tickets 5 months in advance. I was promised a refund within 2–3 weeks—which never came. Thankfully, my credit card company was able to reverse the charge, but I received no help or resolution from this company.

This is not a trustworthy ticket provider—it’s a scam operation. I strongly urge anyone reading this:

Arnaque la plus totale ! Nous avons commandé 5 places pour la finale de la ligue des champions. La veille à 15h, réception d’un mail nous garantissant les places pour le soir même. Mail à 19h35 pour nous informer de l’annulation de 4 des 5 places sans explication. Place revendue 6 fois le prix d’achat et mal située. Cerise sur le gâteau ils ont refusé de rembourser les frais engagés (avion et hôtel) en lien avec l’annulation à la dernière minute ! Une bande de voleur tout simplement.
