The gentleman was so polite and happy

The gentleman was so polite and happy. Nothing seemed too much trouble. So nice to speak to a human rather than email or automated chat.

Warmbox review

Data not protected, payments taken without permission

Despite contacting me several times by telephone about taking over another firm or a rebrand for a serving contract I had on a house 3 years ago! That ended and I haven’t paid for several years, which I informed you about you still chose to take £24.99 out of my bank using my old details! This is 1). More than likely a data breach as my old data was no longer relevant and shouldn’t have been stored 2) taken without my authorisation 3) taken despite me telling you I hadn’t been a customer for years and didn’t want / need the service! You’re difficult to get hold of too, please give me the details to get this sorted and a refund! Pretty outrageous really
