Your World of Building Blocks

Ordered a car with 4000 pieces and after a few pages and spending quite a lot looking for some pieces, realised that we're missing. Send an email and the response was to wait until I make sure that are no other missing pieces because only the first ones reported will be free and then I have to pay. Not sure what you do in China, but how do you want me to check 4000 pieces? 3 weeks now and still waiting to dispatch (not receive) the missing ones. I had to open a case with PayPal as I am stuck and can't go any further. Not worth a penny this site

Ordered a QuanGuan tank set, which was the cheapest reputable place I could find online that wasn't a marketplace even including the shipping from China. Ordering was a breeze and a tracking link was provided which worked quite well. Delivery took 9 days from time of order , which considering it was shipped from China was more than acceptable. Package was packaged very well and had no missing parts. Very happy with the experience.

The company with the worst customer service ever.
Placed an order – received confirmation – paid – then got a message saying I had to pay extra for delivery.
YWOBB is unwilling to provide any after-sales service following mistakes it made itself.

SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!
Even a one-star review is too generous

We went to WOB in Munich Gernany . Dark hall, sticky air . Rip off für the money; most of the models are just standard sets built . We were through in 45 min with kids doing slowly ! Would never recommend it ! Save money and buy you a Lego set instead

They sell stolen LEGO MOC designs passed off as their own kits, with not compensation paid to the designer.

I got caught out and once I realised what I bought I requested a refund - which they would only do if I arranged a return to China at my expense - more than the value of the product.

Avoid.

Also zunächst fing alles gut an.

Items arrived safe and within a couple of weeks.
Didn't get any email confirmation upon ordering, however their tracking through the online account was sufficient to keep myself updated.
Took a few days for it to update from "not shipped", so emailed and got a quick response saying there'll be updates the following week and there were.
Besides no automatic emails, it was a painless order, so would recommend.

4 moths after the order placement, customers will just get the info that goods are shipped or arrived in EU and will be shipped to the end customers next week, again and again. EU market is slow in delivery, they say. My view: don’t order, except you have time until your retirement. This store is not professional to do business in EU.

All goods are of superior quality. I have made many orders from YourWOBB and have not encountered issues. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years. Excellent service, amazing sets and many hours of fun. I HIGHLY recommend them to you. Very quick delivery to UK, normally 10 days.

I've made two orders for loose bricks from YWOBB and I couldn't be happier. Both arrived in decent time (especially considering postage was free) and as the pieces are generally made by GoBricks there's no problem with quality.

I'll definitely continue to use YWOBB in future.

Ordered a bunch of pneumatic cylinders and valves.
20 cylinders and 10 valves.
After waiting 3 weeks, my order arrived and I was happy until….
Let’s just say I have to glue together 6 brand new cylinders because they were not assembled correctly from their supplier (mouldking)
Contacted customer support and they told me the resolution is to clamp them with pliers.
I paid for new products, and got broken garbage.
Customer support gets zero stars
Price gets 5 stars
Overall experience 1 star
Beware!! I wish I could include a picture of my experience.

Ywobb is a very nice seller. Good comunication a each product conforms to the description.

I have ordered here twice now, and so far, I have never been disappointed. The packages arrived quickly, although they ship without packaging, which probably has to do with customs. Prices are absolutely fair for what you get. Will definitely order again soon. Both sets I had where from Jaki Toys

I ordered an item through Amazon/Paypal. This place is awful. will not refund and sends left over items no one wants. Only reason I gave it 1 star is because it wouldn't let me leave a review. I sent pictures and it drug the paypal process out so long they dismissed the case. I ordered Lego Architecht Paris. Got nothing!

I placed an order for about 8.00 in Lego parts. When I checked out it said shipping was $0. I got an email confirming my order. Over three weeks later I still hadn't gotten my order. Then, I got an email saying the order had been canceled at MY request. I emailed them back and told them I did not cancel the order, that I still wanted it. They sent an email back saying that it needed to be over $20 to get free shipping. (Their website says free shipping on any order no minimum purchase on their homepage!) What in the world??? They took my order almost a month ago. I've been waiting on these parts for a class I teach. Now, I don't have what I need. I won't use this company again.
