I've had a fantastic experience working with Craig finnegan as my agency nurse recruiter. From the start Craig mage the whole registration and on boarding process simple and stress free, guiding me through the paperwork and compliance requirements without any hassel. Craig is incredibly responsive he always answers calls and messages quickly, and consistently find me shifts that suit my availability and preferences. He genuinely listens to what works for me rather than just filling roasters and I never feel like just a number. What I appreciate the most is how supportive and reliable he is. Any issues big or small is sorted promptly and he regularly checks in to make sure everything is going well on placement. Craig makes agency nursing feel secure and well organised. If you're a nurse considering agency work, I'd wholeheartedly recommend asking for Craig Finnegan he's professional, personable, and truly looks after his nurses!
