Esperienza estremamente negativa e


Esperienza estremamente negativa e gestione contrattuale poco trasparente.

La nostra società ha sottoscritto il servizio API confidando nella professionalità del fornitore e nella corretta erogazione del servizio. Tuttavia, dopo la firma del contratto, il servizio non Ú stato reso concretamente operativo né utilizzabile nei tempi previsti.

Per settimane abbiamo richiesto chiarimenti sull’attivazione effettiva del servizio e sulla reale disponibilità delle API. Solo successivamente alla nostra comunicazione di recesso ci Ú stato improvvisamente comunicato che il servizio sarebbe stato “attivato” in una data precedente. Circostanza che contestiamo formalmente, in quanto non accompagnata da una reale erogazione tecnica né da un’effettiva possibilità di utilizzo.

Precisiamo che il servizio non Ú mai stato utilizzato dalla nostra società, proprio perché non risultava realmente operativo.

Tutta la vicenda Ú documentata da comunicazioni scritte, email e registrazioni delle tempistiche, che dimostrano chiaramente le incongruenze tra quanto comunicato inizialmente e quanto dichiarato successivamente.

Per questo motivo abbiamo formalmente contestato la situazione e trasmesso tutta la documentazione al nostro legale per le opportune valutazioni.

Stiamo lasciando questa recensione mettendo nome e azienda, assumendoci la responsabilità di quanto dichiarato, proprio perché riteniamo corretto informare altri professionisti e aziende della nostra esperienza reale e documentata.

Da un fornitore di servizi API destinati ad aziende ci si aspetta chiarezza, trasparenza e coerenza contrattuale. In questa esperienza, purtroppo, non le abbiamo riscontrate.

Im allgemeinen ist der Ablauf verstÀndlich und zielfÃŒhrend. Was interessant wÀre: Wenn man am versenden ist und feststellt es mÃŒsste noch etwas geÀndert werden, fÀnden wir es vorteilhaft wenn ein Link wieder zum Ändern der Datei fÃŒhren wÃŒrde.

Account gecancelt - trotzdem fÃŒr ein Jahr zahlen!

Account wurde von uns gekÌndigt, leider anscheinend nicht richtig bearbeitet. Dadurch hat sich der Vertrag ein Jahr verlÀngert. Als wir das bemÀngelt haben, gab es in Kurzform "Pech gehabt" (natÌrlich viel lÀnger, Ìber mehrere Mails und mit viel Bitte um VerstÀndnis - haben wir nicht). Dann wurde der Account "gecanceled" und trotzdem mÌssen wir fÌr ein Jahr noch bezahlen. Angebote von uns, z.B. noch zwei Monate zu bezahlen, wurden stumpf abgelehnt. Katastrophe und einfach nur dreist, Kundenorientierung nicht vorhanden! Wenn man es machen muss, nur kurzfristige Laufzeiten mit sehr kurzer KÌndigungsfrist.
