Ya no conviene yoybuy para ecommerce . Te imponen un monto alto para enviar los paquetes. A pesar de cobrarte una comisión por el servicio, te cobran el doble del precio el envío por ejemplo de DHL o Ups, no quieren enviarte por servicio económico. No conviene. El cobro que hacen por hacerte el envío prácticamente es una usura, ya que DHL tiene sus costos en su web y el qué te cobra yoybuy es el doble.

I've been using Yoybuy for at least 3 years, it's an amazing company, it always treated my products the best way possible, I never had any problems!

Yoybuy was trusted and reliable from 2015 to 2017, but it has rapidly gone downhill since then. As a Merchant-Level customer, I should receive priority service when dealing with lost, missing, or damaged items, but this is not the case. Even though I always pay for shipping insurance, Yoybuy will try to nickel and dime me on compensation, often trying to reimburse me in coupon points that have an expiration date instead of simply refunding my account. I would hate to see how Yoybuy treats me should I forego insurance. I now pay insurance not to be robbed outright.

To make matters worse, some shipments take seven or more months to arrive, having to be resent multiple times with different tracking numbers. Now this is understandable given the current pandemic. However, Yoybuy will always use the pandemic to its own advantage, never considering how customers are also disadvantaged by the very same circumstances. For example, Yoybuy has an unwritten policy (nowhere stated on its website) that forces customers to falsely confirm receipt of a parcel that is still in transit. Customers have only a three-month window in which to confirm that they have received a parcel, even if the parcel has not yet arrived. If a customer does not falsely confirm receipt of the parcel within that three-month window, he will lose account credit (discount coupons) for the entire shipment. The problem with falsely confirming receipt of a parcel that is still in transit is that a customer has only three days after receiving a parcel to make insurance claims. Yoybuy's ploy here is to make customers suffer thrice: once for abnormally extended delivery times; twice for losing account credit; thrice for forced foregoing of potential insurance claims.

Yoybuy has now turned poor treatment of customers into a sport. Its brazenness has no limits.

They will make excuses and force you to use an expensive shipping method to rob you, I have lost the money invested in what I have bought.

Edit: The weight of what I have bought is not the problem, the problem is that it has been mistaken for category (label) unfairly to pay 155usd only in shipping for a purchase of 40usd of 2.4kg.

Hace ya más de medio año pedí por esta plataforma mi número de pedido es: Y20201214125006678430 en fin a los 5 meses me llegaron los artículos pero solo recibí la mitad de mi producto,contacte con la empresa intermediaria la cual me entrego el producto y ellos se deslindaron del problema diciendo que tenía que contactar con el remitente pero en la página dice que mi producto ya a sido enviado al 100%, ya estoy tomando medidas legales pero si quisiera que almenos el soporte de la página me diera una explicación o me devolviera el dinero del producto que aún no tengo, ya le mandé correo pero si me pudieran proporcionar un número de contacto sería lo mejor resido en México

Ahora YOYBUY no te dejan enviar por envíos normales productos que sean de "marcas reconocidas" , solo hay una sola opción que es carisima de YOYBUY

Мою посылку отправили ems указав только мое имя, посылку мне не выдают теперь, говорят нужно подать уточнение на получателя. Их Service отвечает, что это уточнение я должен подать сам, сделать это, конечно, может только отправитель. Короче я оплатил экспресс доставку 300$ почти и вот остался без посылки, отвечать перестали, в группу в vk не написать, ссылка на какой-то форум тоже мертвый. Короче осторожнее, похоже на мошенников!
