Ужасный сайт ,заказала там мелочь ,сумма доставки в итоге вышла дороже ,чем сама посылка ,также дали трек номер ,который нигде нельзя отследить ,писала в поддержку постоянно уверяли меня подождать ещё пару дней и все будет ок ,а итоге дали трек номер ,который отслеживается только в определенном приложении КСЭ,хотя я заказывала деловыми линиями ,а там этот трек номер так и не прошёл ,и то там единственная информация которую я узнала -это то ,что спустя 15 дней после отправки посылка только покинула склад в Китае ,на данный момент я не знаю где моя посылка и не могу не отслеживать ,обещали срок доставки 20-25 дней ,а в итоге прошло уже 24 ,но она ещё только в Китае и даже отследить я ее не могу,поддержка ничего конкретного по этому поводу не отвечает ,не советую связываться с этим сайтом

The service is good ad fast, also the price is good except the pictures of the items ( I use ship for me service). Considering the pictures of the items are charged, I pretended better pictures ( at least not out of focus) , so it is often to ask better pictures. The pictures are important, for this fact I can't leave 5 stars, surely between 3 and 4

kupowanie jest dziwne. Najpierw wybieramy co chcemy kupić, płacimy a dopiero później wybieramy adres i wysyłkę. Zwrot był bardzo skomplikowany i trwał długo. Kosztowało mnie to dużo nerwów.

Это просто ужас, посылка должна била прийти за 10-13 дней, уже прошло 28 дней она токо в Китае! При оформлении заказа я заплатил больше денег чтоб посылка ко мне пришла не за 30-40 дней а за 10-13, витоги посылка ко мне приедет минимум за 30 дней, тогда за что я давал такие деньги?

Изначально сайт заинтересовал меня потому что, как заявляют многие, он является надёжным курьером в пересылке товаров из сайта ТАОБАО. Я хочу заказать там мебель, но для начала решила провести тест-драйв и заказала всякую мелочь (туфли, серьги и т.д.). Мои товары на склад Yoybuy поступили в течении недели и ещё около двух недель понадобилось для доставки в Россию. Все пришло целое и одной посылкой (хотя я заказывала разные товары и из разных магазинов) и это очень удобно. Перед отправкой в Россию со мной связался человек который занимался закупкой моих товаров - он присылал мне фото и уточнял все ли верно приобретено. Мне очень понравилось такое отношение и я точно буду заказывать через этот сайт ещё!

It was my first purchase with Yoybuy.com. I bought different goods from 3 different suppliers on 1688.com. My main idea was to make shipping cheaper with collecting all goods at one place in China and then send to Russia in one package. The collecting point is located at Beijing, so transitions inside China took 10 days. The seller was located in distance 2000 km from Beijing. In future I will keep it in mind. Shipping to Russia was cheapest in 20 days, delivered in time.
All goods were checked by Yoybuy specialists. Carton boxes were enforced with adhesive tape, no one item damaged while shipping. It was a surprise that I received two separate cartons with 3 days interval. But Yoybuy specialist explained the situation in the chat on Yoybuy.com after my question.

I have been working with them over 2 years and I am in Merchant status because I spent a lot money working with them. The last two order shipment wa really AWFUL!! I usually send my package with DHL for fast shipping even it is expensive.They changed my shipping company with YOYBUYEXPRESS!! without asking me and I have paid this trash shipping companymore than DHL.tHEY ALSO ASKED ME PAY WEIGHT DIFFERENCE. YESTERDAY, I have contacted with customer service. She/he tried to trick me by saying it is also dhl???I am not stupid and a new customer, I can difference the tracking code,it was clearly not Dhl.They told me my package contain brand item it is not true because I have shipped same items via DHL many times.

Ужасный сервис. Каждое дополнительное действие платное. Даже запросить фото и это тоже платно. Не выгодно заказывать от слова совсем, доставка вышла дороже чем все мои посылки. И цена на доставку была указана лишь в самом конце. Не рекомендую, отвратительный сайт.

Parte del problema son ellos y parte los sitios chinos. Mande a comprar montones de artículos, en muchos de ellos el vendedor Chino luego pedía más dinero. Según entiendo algunos precios son un enganche pero el artículo no lo dice.
El otro problema es que cuando hay varias opciones el sistema siempre cobra el valor más alto sin importar el elegido y el costo de envío dentro de China es mucho mayor que el anunciado en el sitio chino.
Por otro lado y esto si es responsabilidad de ellos, yoybuy compra lo que uno pide sin verificar nada. Si el vendedor dice no tener stock tardan un montón de devolver el dinero. Según ellos se lo mandaron al vendedor y este lo tiene que devolver luego, en ninguno plataforma de compras pagas si el vendedor no tiene stock.
A la hora de arreglar el envío aparecen más pagos a realizar y el valor de envío siempre es mucho mayor que el que dió el estimador. Las diferencias llegan a más del 50% mayores con respecto al estimado por su propia calculadora.

En concreto, todo lo que quería comprar que no estaba en aliexpress o banggod termino no teniendo stock, como no devuelven la plata la tuve que usar en cosas de no mucha importancia y pague 20 dólares entre envío (el más económico) y comisiones para un paquete de menos de 200grs.

Probare otros sitios, este definitivamente NO ME CONVENCIO

Edito para la respuesta de Yoybuy, pase HORAS en el chat con el personal de yoybuy, ahora que esta la denuncia pública dicen que pueden corregir algo? Si no tuviesen problemas con sus clientes podrían ubicar mi caso sin necesidad de un nombre de usuario, que no le daré en público, si lo quieren pidanlo por privado.

I am very satisfied with my experience I received everything on time and in good condition! Just the fees were a bit pricey.
