Predatory contracts and awful customer service!
I’ve been a customer in good standing for over two years, but trying to close my account after closing my business has been an absolute nightmare. This isn’t about the money—I am perfectly able to pay—it is entirely about their predatory policies and how poorly I was treated.
Last year, I was forced into a renewal because I missed their auto-renewal deadline, which requires a strict 3-month notice. When I called a week before that 3-month window opened, they actually told me to call back later. Life got in the way, I missed the tight window, and another year went by. To make it worse, I have never received a single lead from this program.
Last week, I called to cancel again, only to be told I would be hitting "insufficient notice" penalties and forced to pay for another 5 months until November. Even after explaining that I also manage my husband’s much larger account with them, customer service completely stonewalled me, offered zero flexibility, and just hid behind contract jargon.
Their customer service is terrible, and their products are completely useless. Do yourself a favour: save your money and stay far away from this dinosaur of a company.

This company will flat out trick you scam. They take every last penny of your hard-earned money. Do not trust a thing that they say they will not go over fine print details with you. Just flat out scam. Do not trust this company whatsoever with a dollar of your money. Hang up the phone immediately. I was tricked into a one-year contract recently after I thought I was signing up for a $300 trial. Then I discover I signed up for a $4,300 year service that was not disclosed whatsoever over the telephone. I sent many many messages being outraged of what I got put together on and absolutely no reply. No phone call back just automatically taking money off your credit card. They only phone you back when you put a stop payment to it .Thinking about going to small claims court with them.

Yellow pages gave me no results, bad customer service and im down $4000 of my hard earned money. I dont recommend using their services.

Poor communication and unresolved billing issues. Services were never properly set up as agreed, and repeated attempts to resolve the matter were met with silence. Even when I called to get it resolved, instead of resolving or directing me to someone who can, they were trying to sell me other services. After formally disputing the account and escalating the issue, invoices continued to be sent without acknowledgment.

After going through this process, I noticed many other reviews describing similar issues with billing and communication. I wish I had done this earlier. This has been an exhausting experience marked by lack of follow-through and professionalism.

I signed up for a one year plan for advertising and i asked to see what the expected results would be upon signing up. about 8 months later with no reults whatsoever, and nothing close to what was promised, i cancelled service at the end of the year where they tried to sell me more products that are actually going to produce better results. Now 3 months after my subsrciption ended they are still charging me even though i have cancelled on numberous occassions. I am likely going to have to call the credit card company to block them from taking payments. Do not use this company!

Yellow pages keep scamming, they offered marketing for $500/month on google ads, bing, Facebook and insegram

They promised to give access to the account to see results

They gave excuses why they cannot advertise in Facebook and Instagram, and I was ok if they do ads on google and bing as they promised

Kept contacting Curtis from yellow pages over and over that I do not see any ads and do are my customers whom I asked to do some search

Yellow pages never share keywords, or want to share, they sent reports for ads running a ng on google ads

I address it with a friend who do the same service he directed me to a google tools to check if there was any ads

Running my website on google ads tools showed no ads running even that I received reports from yellow page, theyy scamming companies telling them they running ads meanwhile they do nothing ( at least google tool show no ads running )

Do not ever use yellow pages services, it is the second time I tried them, I tried many years, they told me there is new Ceo, seems a scam company always stay the same

DO NOT USE Yellow pages

This is a scam company. You pay them for a service they do not provide, and they trick you into a contract that, even if you close your business, still requires you to pay for the whole contract they tricked you into. I will never use them again. I would look for a marketing company instead.
