Some of the worst customer service ever.

I have been looking for help regarding disappearing views and a campaign that was finished but I did not get the views.

Its been 4 days and not a single person has bothered to help me or even respond. I am a new customer trying to find his way. But no assistance

im already sitting on over 1.000.000 coins while having campaigns online all the time. you generate views for others but you cant use them for yourself.

since a few weeks you cant create campaigns in general anymore. they get refundend within a few minutes again.

Their system actually is scam. Im using it 24/7 with 3 clients. My coins from viewing others content (with 3 clients) grow astronomically, while having 3 campaigns for myself running. I generate thousands of views for others daily but i get like 3 views daily, in total, for my 3 videos.

Since i got over 1000000 coins i decided to buy 3 prioritized campaigns. They say i get "321 - 535" views daily for each video. (even that would be a joke when i think about, how many views i create with my regular client daily) Reality is, that you get like 450 views within an entire month, for all 3 videos together! For paid, prioritized campaigns! Thats what i should get daily for each single video!

So while running 3 regular clients and having 3 paid prioritized campaigns active for myself, my coins still keep growing astronomically! I can maybe use 1% from the work i provide for others!

And now the next thing:
You cant even take a pause from running the clients, even though my coins would last until end of life. If you take a pause from running the clients, they will start deleting (confiscating) your coins and you can only start extraordinary small campaigns.

In other words, you get abused for using this service.

Apart from that i have the feeling, most or all of the views get filtered from YouTube. Means, those views most likely do not even count.

Support does not respond - not even in a whole month.

Edit: After over a month (i paid for 1 months priority campaigns for 3 campaigns!) i endet up with ~750 views (for 3 videos in total, in 1 month!)
In the same time i created ~24700 views for others.

Your campaigns will be refunded after several days activity in this website even if you achieve the gold status, it is just wasting your time and scam

No response from customer service, unable to start campaigns with a PLATINUM FOR LIFE membership, AVOID THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM.

The service provided by YTMonster was satisfactory overall, but there were a few areas where improvements could be made. The quality of the product met expectations. However, certain aspects of the experience left room for enhancement.

99% of views are always deleted + ridiculous rank system. I have over 220k earned coins and I cannot run a campaign because I have to keep watching and earning more but I will never be able to use my coins because views are always deleted and coins refunded. Completely useless and trash service, please stay away

SCAM! I paid for the slow release option. They dumped all the subs at once, youtube removed the subs because obviously not organic, then "patrick" ghosted me.

no good, want to take time people but don't want to give back. you work for them all night but you can not get what they promise. rude, cheat

it is scam, they will not give you views, or it will give you 10 views in a month, and if you pay then it will be little faster but still slow as hell, dont waste your time on this, just skip it

As i thought, the campaign will not getting views, because you compete with tier rank. Stupid and scams. Don't even use your money to their service.

After about 12 days with paid priority slots still only about 10 views.

This site is a scam and should be avoided.

Terrible service.

Have paid for lite subscription and got my account to diamond and still no view, likes or subscribers.
Priority slots mean nothing, still expect no return on campaigns.

Any subscribers will unsubscribe from you pretty much instantly.

This is a fraudulent service that upsells the views you give them on other platforms.
Do not give them your money.

OPINION
Hello, think twice before paying for this system. In 1 week, I got :
-Subscriber campaign with priority slot: zero subscribers.
-New video uploaded with priority slot: 74 views.
-Other campaigns with priority slot: average of 55 views (in 1 week of paying a Pro subscription).
-Viewing campaigns without priority slot averaged 30 views.

My subscription, paid for and started on December 30, was activated after 5 and a half days, despite 15 messages from me that were only answered after 5.5 days. The operator sent me credits to apologize. These days are neither reimbursed nor added at the end of the period; they are simply lost.
I wrote again to express my poor results for the 1st week and questioned the operator: no reply so far, as usual (3 days).
Disappointing.

Si stava comportando bene quando all'improvviso mi ritrovo una campagna da me richiesta per delle visualizzazioni con un "Refilling" e fin qui tutto bene, se non fosse per il fatto che il numero negativo è-10,492 / 350. Sono passati giorni ed è ancora così, li ho contattati su WhatsApp da giorni e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Posso capire un "piccolo tempo" di attesa, ma così è esagerato. Chissà, forse con questa recensione negativa si "smuovono" un po' capendo che se vogliono lavorare devono assistere anche.

This is the biggest scam in the history of scams. Their customer service is the pathetic to the core. Firstly they dont respond and if they do after 48 hours, its like they did not even read your complaint and their reason and questioning is like, that its my mistake and not theirs.

Never ever buy their additional or priority slots or any kind of membership as it is a total waste, its better to invest in the youtube promotion.

Initially they will be great, but after they have made money off you in nearly 3 to 4 months, all your views, subscribers, likes get rejected by youtube and you loose everything.

A small campaign on priority for only 100 views will start refilling and if not refilling then will take more than a month to complete and after that all you investment down the drain.

Even with pro memberships and other paid services, it all be nice in the beginning and then it starts going down the drain and to top it, they will auto charge you also and no refund and will keep on giving excuses that its not their fault but our fault.

Wasted 6 months on this stupid option. STAY AWAY AND BE CAREFUL

So, I have been using this for a few weeks now.

The views they return are minimal, I get more from my IG bot referring people on. Even with gold the campaigns are slow as hell.

90% of the views get removed, but its ok, because YT will refill them, clogging up your 3 campaign slots to add more views that will just get taken away again.

You need to make it so that your refills transfer to new campaign slots that don't clog the users up, otherwise this is a completely useless process.

I bought PRO and have to say it makes it easier to earn points, and i can get new orders with good discount. However, I can only get around 50 views a day, and with the priority option on! The system is completely unbalanced, because, with my 9 views simultaneously with my computer ON every day, I offer much more than I receive, which leads me to conclude that the administration is selling my views on external services.

What the f is this? Everything is so slow and the view service doesn’t work, I wasted 4 goddamn hours on this piece of crap
