So I made my order one and a half months ago. Few weeks long the my package was stuck in the US, according to the tracking link, not passed on to the forwarder. I contacted service of yumiyu and only a couple of weeks later I got a reply, a sincere apology, they would take care of it. Now my package is stuck in the warehouse in my country and again not moving … I contacted a couple of weeks ago again service but no reply … I have never ever waited that long for an order and the help desk was really very disappointing

This was my first time ordering from Yumiyu Jewelry, and I had a great experience! My order was running a little late, and the woman who helped me was absolutely incredible. She was in contact with me for about 3-4 days and my package arrived perfectly. I feel like she went above and beyond to help me and make sure that my order was delivered in a timely manner.

I purchased the Sun and Star Mother of Pearl 3 necklace set, and honestly it is beautiful. The pictures don’t compare to the necklaces in person. I absolutely love them!! Gorgeous, thank you!!
