I have been ordering from Yuuki-Cha for over 10 years. I love that they sell a curated selection of organic teas including spring Shinchas, delicate White teas, sweet Gyokuros and humble Banchas. Very reasonable pricing for the quality of their teas.

I have been ordering from Yuuki Cha for many years, eight or nine, and have enjoyed their teas very much, as well the prompt shipping. Their teas are amazing.

But if there is a problem with your order, the service will be... second to all. In other words: discourteous and unhelpful.

I was, in fact, blocked from purchasing on their website after I submitted pictures and a request for a refund/replacement, all courteously. I was essentially accused of having torn the bag myself, and then blocked from their website.

I've been been buying my teas at Yuuki-Cha for about eight years now. It is not only one of the best international online shops I have ever seen, it also provides the best high quality green tea, many people can possibly get. All teas sold are organic. You always can access specific information about an item, such as the region of origin, the organic certification (e.g JAS), harvest date (month, year), harvest period (eg. first harvest), steaming (light, medium or deep) and cultivar. An order is payable via Paypal or credit card. You may choose your order to be shipped by airmail, registered mail or EMS. Yuuki-Cha not only ships worldwide, the order is shipped professionally: The invoice is attached to the outside of the package so that there are no problems with customs.
This is my favourite tea shop and will most likely remain it for many years to come.

I had a similar experience. Ordered once and everything was fine. And then ordered again, the package got lost and the company just referred me to my local post office saying that it had never happened before. After that they stopped to reply to any messages.

I am a tea person and have been buying from this company for years, and recommending to people, so far so good. But once a package got lost, the company brushed me off and referred me to the local post office, quite rudely. Never going to buy or recommend again.
