I cannot tell you how much I appreciated your personal customer service. I love your box packaging as well. You worked as an incredible team to send a present overnight to my dear friend in England. She was thrilled. Forget 5 stars! A full sky of stars would not be enough! Thank you!!

"I was very happy with the bras I received from Zana.
Would have given 5 stars but they did not notify me that the backordered bras I ordered were going to take longer than they said they would. They gave me different bras and had them to me within a week so I was still happy.
Will order my winter clothing from them!"
