Zanemoretti レビュー

I had been looking at a couple of things on your website for a while before I purchased them. I finally bit the bullet and ordered them, then I found some negative comments about shipping, and poor quality and packaging and even some delivery issues, saying that your goods come from China. I was terrified. But your company sent confirmation and delivery updates and I maintained a wait and see attitude. MY purchase arrived maybe in just under 2 weeks from ordering and although packaging wasn't pretty, it was cheaper. My choices were exactly what was depicted and I was very pleased. I wore them together yesterday and they looked great.

I was constantly updated as to the status of my delivery. When my red boots arrived, they fit perfectly and were well made of beautiful soft leather. They’re stylish and comfortable. Love my new red Santorini boots!!!

The company was easy to work with when my shoes did not fit… the second pair of shoes fit like a glove, so comfortable!!!

The sweater I ordered was exactly what I'd hoped for. Quality, and even a better length than I thought. The only knock is that it took so long to arrive, I began to worry it wasn't a legitimate company. All is good.

I was a little worried because the sizing was different from Japanese shoe sizes, but they fit me perfectly. I absolutely love the design, and the chunky heel makes them very stable and comfortable to wear. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely love to try another pair from this brand!

The shoes I bought are very nice. Dress them up with a nice pair of wide leg pants or wear with a pair of jeans. I've only tried then on, but thet seem comfortable and soft.

Beautiful boots in genuine leather, good craftsmanship and small sizes which is great for me. Excellent service and quick delivery

Need to provide better tracking service on the shipping of the item(s) — had no idea where the shoes I ordered were for the better part of a week! Also, the shoes look a little plasticky

Love the style of the boots, but the sizing is small, so I can't wear them. I checked the size chart carefully, including the actual foot measurement. These came out to EU 39, which is my normal. But I would have needed to order EU 40 or 41 for them to fit properly. I've never had to order those sizes before. Super disappointed.

I bought shoes once from them, it was OK. The second time the shoes fit really weird and I wanted to return them. Although they claim to have a return policy, they do not do returns. They instead offered to credit my account with 80% of the cost of the shoes. I was unable to get the refund, after six attempts to work out the kinks. They gave me the same instruction every time I contacted them, and they don't work. It's probably an account operated by AI. Be also aware that once you order something there is no way to cancel an order.

Fast delivery. Excellent quality.

AVOID - do not buy from these people, they are crooks - I bought my first pair of shoes ok (although they weren’t in a shoe box, just wrapped in bubble wrap which was odd) - I stupidly then bought a second pair. They sent me the wrong shoes, then I had to chase for 3wks to get a resolution and they finally told me to mail them to a US address (and pay for it!) or I could keep them and they’d refund me 30%!! I asked for a full refund, as I’m not waiting longer, and a returns label / postage given it was their error sending the wrong shows… needless to say, no response. They are appalling, please don’t waste your money!

shoes are elegant. will wear with pride. great delivery.

My little red shoes too a bit longer to arrive but they are sensational!

Free shipping. Well designed unique shoes. You have my size! (Small)

Super fast delivery. The outfits are well made and look exactly like advertised.

Great shoes. Well made. Not only are they beautiful but they are also comfortable. I loved the smell of the leather when I received them.

Please read the reviews and DO NOT order from this site. it's a total scam. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. The shows wreaked of plastic upon opening and the shoes are not leather and do not look like the photos. They will offer only a small discount off to keep them or require you to return them (at your shipping cost) to Turkey. There is no winning with this one once you make the purchase, the quality is poor. I promise you, it is not worth your time and good money to purchase from this site. I don't often take the time to do reviews, but it's really so unfair.

The product quality met my expectations and I’m happy with my purchase overall. However, the shipping took about three weeks, which was longer than expected. If delivery time improves, it would easily be a 5-star experience
