Ich hatte einen richtig tollen Tag auf der Orange Bay Bootsfahrt! Schon am Anfang war alles super organisiert, der Transfer kam pünktlich und die Crew war total herzlich. Auf dem Boot herrschte eine richtig gute Stimmung – es wurde gelacht, getanzt und die Guides haben echt Spaß gemacht. Sie waren super locker, aber trotzdem sehr professionell und haben sich um alle gut gekümmert. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Aufenthalt auf Orange Bay – das Wasser war glasklar und die Insel einfach wunderschön. Auch das Schnorcheln war klasse, man konnte viele Fische und Korallen sehen. Das Frühstück und Mittagessen an Bord waren lecker und frisch. Insgesamt war es eine perfekte Mischung aus Spaß, Entspannung und Abenteuer. Ich würde die Tour auf jeden Fall wieder machen!

Ottima organizzazione.tutto perfetto. Tutto lo staff molto simpatico e sempre pronto ad aiutarti per qualunque cosa. Colazione e pranzo in barca con buoni prodotti. Consigliato .

Die Tour war Mega schön. Auch das ganze Team, das uns begleitet hat, war Mega freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Haben sehr viele Fotos und Videos gemacht. Sowohl beim Schnorcheln als auch beim Orange bay.
Essen war auch lecker. Softgetränke und Wasser waren inklusive.
Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war ein rundum perfekter Tag! Wir haben viel gesehen, viel erlebt und zu jederzeit haben sie sich um uns gekümmert und für unser wohl gesorgt! Sie haben sich alle so viel Mühe gegeben. Auch beim schnorcheln haben sie uns Mut zugesprochen und uns sogar immer durch das Wasser gezogen!
Zum Abschluss gab es ein wirklich leckeres Frühstück und Mittagessen und nach dem Tripp leckeres Obst.

This our last trip in Egypt to orange bay with your company, it was the worst trip ever , there’s no safety while jumping to the boat we across a long wooden thin board and then jump to a boat and jump through the other boat to ride to the last boat, its was more than 70 person on the boat after that we are a group of 4 and 2 of us get migrants and we didn’t found any medicine for the emergency, about the food it was worst food ever and we all get sick and have a stomach pain, regarding to the staff they’re not friendly and they forced us to pay a tips and after we paying it they treat us by a bad way and they didn’t help us while we getting out of the boat i will record it to the police and cdws...

absolutely not be a manager: instead of listening calmly and professionally, he started yelling at our daughter. Outrageous, disrespectful, and intimidating. He ruined our entire experience.

The staff are uninterested, unfriendly, and do not listen at all. Everything there revolves around money, not about people or the experience. After 11 years of loyal visits, we can only conclude: the Dolphin House has completely turned into a commercial racket where customers are ripped off and treated with disrespect.

We will never return and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. If you are looking for a pleasant dolphin experience, do NOT go here you will only get frustration, poor service, and a manager who yells at you.

First visit to Egypt.. booked day trip to Orange Bay Island, snorkeling & parasailing with my 8 year old son. NO CONTACT from Zanetta.. I messaged them TWICE in regards to pick up time. NO REPLY. Our ticket said 8:30am? So we waited outside the hotel from 8:15-9:15. No-one came. It was my Birthday too! What a LET DOWN. they finally messaged me about 9:30am, saying it was an 'internal error'?? & driver wasn't able to locate me?? I had supplied hotel details & room number? SPOILT MY BIRTHDAY. Would never book again

Der Ausflug zur Orange bay war mit euch perfekt organisiert.nettes,freundliches und lustiges,vor allem hilfsbereites Team.Das Essen an Bord war sehr lecker.

Was ik, but had 2 better excursions that were more private, less pushy, and better food, short snorkeling stops…

Last year we went in summer with this tour and had an amazing time with my daughter . So this year we booked the same trip. But this time with my parents. Again an amazing experience. The snorkeling, orange bay or swimming with the dolphins. Everything is possible. The crew is amazing. Fair prices and a amazing experience. Drinks and food included.
