DO NOT SHOP! SAVE YOURSELF

One of the worst companies to order from. Save yourself the effort of being robbed..hassle, time and money. I placed a order which was apparently sent out for delivery 10days later and then apparently a bunch of clothes were posted through my tiny letterbox. I bave contacted Zanouchi but there response times are really slow and messages are poorly conducted. I will now have to raise a further case with the Ombudsman and a chargeback case with my bank and merely because i assumed they were a genuine site with good clothes. #ScamArtists so be aware people. You have been warned.

Good service

Material of the items I've ordered looks good and nice fitting as I've ordered quite few tracksuits and T shirts but have to see it after the wash if it's still good then I'll be one of the regular customer.

Good quality clothes

Good quality clothes, poor communication. I have returned 2 pieces of clothes on two different occasions, never received communication that the clothes have arrived and the exchange had been processed.
Sometimes I call no one answers no one calls back.
