Hardik is the very best technician. He always resolves my issues immediately!

I was struggling with a cache-issue and in a zoom meeting of about 30 minutes, Hardik was able to address the issue and solve it right away. Great product, great support!

I used the chat and asked for next level assistance and the chat got me connected to the next tier (Gabriellius) within minutes. He spent a lot of time going through all possibilities and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He finally identified the issue and we were able to implement a permanent fix. Excellent customer support. I have high standards and they were more than exceeded.

Their SSIS powerpack is a lifesaver. It has nearly everything I wish Microsoft would have built in to SSIS over the years but didn't. And ZappySys's support for their powerpack has been outstanding.
I have had issues periodically, and they've been responsive and genuinely concerned with getting the problem fixed and making me a happy customer - even if the issue was my configuration or troublesome dataset (thank you, Hardik).
I highly recommend this product, and group. It's been a pleasure to work with them and I love the product.

Being stuck is a terrible feeling, deadlines, business hounding you, etc. While I not always agreed with the method of support, I found if I am patient and allow ZappySys support assist me first with a few email try/test/fail methods, then get on a call after exhausting their suggestions, we ALWAYS get to a win situation. It may not be today or tomorrow, and maybe the ultimate solution is in a version upgrade, but ZappySys can be counted on to get your issue resolved and get you to where you need to go!

I've been a ZappySys customer for over 10 years, through multiple jobs. They've got a great product, it's the swiss army knife of SSIS productivity plugins. I came for the Upsert merge component and stayed for the variety of other tools in the toolbox.

We recently had a licensing renewal kerfluffle and Spencer went above and beyond and had been reaching out proactively to try to keep problems from occurring.

If you've only got budget for one SSIS productivity tool, that tool should be ZappySys.

Worked with Hardik Shah to authenticate and call web API using ZappySys SSIS tasks. Helped me with a lot patience and enthusiasm to resolve some issues to extract the data. I really appreciate it. Thanks to ZappySys and Hardik.

I am a new user in SSIS/ZappysSys and using it to integrate the data from APIs into database tables. It's very easy to use, fast and highly efficient. It saves a lot of time and effort needed for the Integration without the need for writing complex codes. Excellent Product!

We are still in early adoption of SSIS and ZappySys. But we have been able to implement automation of tasks that were previously done manually or not at all. Also been able to automate some data extracts that were previously done very inefficiently within our ERP system. Using SSIS/ZappySys results in a much faster and easier to maintain solution.

Today I needed help with SSIS variable manipulation. Hardik identified the error and provided the correction I needed.

Short and sweet- if you are not using ZappySys in SSIS you are digging holes using a spoon rather than a backhoe.
Spencer went above and beyond the call-of-duty in support where support is hard to come by these days - 5stars.

I worked with Hardik Shah on configuring the ZappySys Web API module to make updates through a SOAP protocol. Hardik listened to our requirements and worked with us to successfully automate the process using SSIS and ZappySys tools. After providing the solution, we were provided with documentation we can use for future projects. Very helpful.
