Zauca is turning out to be a complete scam experience for us.
Before payment, the sales team responded instantly — they were ready with QR codes and bank details within seconds. But once the payment was done, the support completely changed.
We paid for a 2-year website plan, yet now our website is down and nobody responds to calls, emails, or messages. Every time we asked for help, we were ignored completely.
A business website is important, and this kind of service is unacceptable. Be very careful before trusting them with your website or paying long-term plans.

Worst company. No support at all. All crap employee. Liars Don't make any business with them. Forced to take legal action. They are team of fraud and cheaters.

I worked as a account assistant in zauca name sake it was account assistant but they were telling all field officer work to me .

Those reviews which your seeing in trust polit and Google reviews that are given by security people who don't know to write and read .

Don't give webdesing for this company they are fraud they will take all ur business money through that website and act like they dint do it so many cases filed on that company they eaten money for som business in dollars they recieved court order also .

They won't give salary to security and it is not a security consultancy it is robbers theft they will train and send to robb the units and apartment.

In August one theft from andra pradesh joined there unit they dint do his verification why because they joined with him and planning to robb and theft planning

They are main culprit they will bring girls to work not for apartment for there own use .

I was there for 6 months they dint give my pf and esi nothing they won't file anyone they will just take amount from units for pf evrything they will show so many members but there won't be that much employee there

When u ask PF and esi filing they will show old one by editing it if u question them they will block ur numbers from units and they will give number to there other employees to ask money .

Doing all illegal business in name of web-desing and security consultancy

Don't give ur units and business for security and website making they will take all ur money .

This company is a huge scam. I think that legally, this company doesn't exist, and all these different departments are just the same person behind all those profiles. He takes an advance and disappears. He's a crook, they're scammers.

Fraud people, Never ever take their service

Zauca Technologies made a great website for us that looks nice and works well.

Big Frauds Alert :- took money after that no commication no updates they will fight on calls no refund and they will run away
Road side company and his owner

This company takes payment by fraud and then stops picking up the calls. 14300 + GST total 16874 premium plan. They take payment in the name of website and now they are not picking up the calls. These people are doing a scam in the whole team. There is a man named Rahul in sales. All the team is a single team of male and female. All of them are totally farud.

Worst!!!!! Staff is not aware of their task and website design they don't know. If you are new don't opt for them to design your website. They don't know how to design a website. old website poor design and yukkkkk like a fresher word press learner do the first time.

This company is a scam,they act nice to you as if they will help you after paying the down payment the domain they gave me was in active,they told me to finish the payment once it was done they disappeared.
I was given 4 different Web designers to work on it but to no avail.
Who ever posts good reviews about Zauca is also a scammer, Zuhan is not helpful ,he is a liar and a scammer

They are cheaters and do not provide the services and product as they sell.poor customer support . Very bad

Does Zauca deserve even one star. It is my mistake that I jumped in to hire Zauca to design my website. The working of the company is sloppy & unprofessional. Designers call you at their mercy and your requirements are unattended almost all times. I raised several tickets to get my problems addressed. It has not been replied to. Interestingly their website does not provide emails of higher ups for escalation.
