Have had several problems with doing the basics. I am very disappointed that the service didn't deliver. I am constantly having to email them for their support when issues arise, which is never satisfactory. If they do respond, it may be days later, which is often too late for me.

They tripled the subscription rate and renewed an annual subscription without any notification or permission. I purchased for one year at $167. One year later they took $420 without any notice or permission when I had not used the software in many months because it is outdated by much better and newer ai models, and had not kept up in quality with competitor products

Its was very easy to use

The application is very buggy. For example, when trying to add music to the video, the music tracks just simply don't appear. I paid two months, with the lowest subscription, you cannot do main things like clonning your voice. Really bad experience.

This website is excellent to make shorts for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.

Of all the AI video generators I have seen, this one is the best quality, despite a somewhat higher price than competitor (a $39 of competitor can generate up to 30, while Zebra is around 15)

What I like the most is that the program is constantly updating. Like in the middle of July, I made a video showing a complex credit, and they update the engine to remove the complex credit usage

Also, it's legit because it actually lets customers control their billing. Others just provide fake subscription cancellation because you can't remove your credit card. I see Zebracat is the only legitimate provider where customers can remove their credit card without requesting support (but I don't do that, as I'm still using it).
