Arrived promptly, and was a really friendly guy. He resolved the issue in just 10 to 15 minutes. Everything's been functioning perfectly ever since.

From making the appointment I was kept informed of what was happening as to times who would be coming etc, The engineer arrived as expected and completed the repair to my satisfaction and again kept me informed of the problem and the solution.
