Darkest felicitations

Bought a Z3 engraved shifter knob December 2023, got an email from M.S. the owner telling me: "I’m afraid I have sold out of Z3 5 speed etched gear knobs. My friend who makes them is on long term sick leave so I won’t have any back in stock for a long time, as with the Z4 6 speed as well."

Told him I could wait and 3 months later tells me he has knobs in stock without the Z3 engraving and tells me "I suspect once these are all sold it may not be cost effective to have more made." So based on that I decided to accept an item I did not love but anyway have it.

2 years later today and I find out the store still offers the Z3 engraved logo he could not sell me and he would not be able to have more made... what a liar!! He told me something just to avoid issuing a refund and had me accept a product I was not absolutely in love with based on the premise it would never ever be available again...

Update: notice he does not dispute the claim that even though I told him I could wait as much as needed, he told me they would never ever make them again and that’s why I bought, so yes I rest my case with this guy, his friend coming to work or not is a sad story totally irrelevant to this since he could have offered me a refund back then… anyway buyer beware, I do not need any apology, I need other customers informed about business practices, that is it.

I ordered the gear knob and a couple of led lights. The delivery arrived a few days later. The quality of the knob is second to none. If all their parts are this good I'll be ordering more stuff. Very pleased.

I ordered the 5 speed gear know for the Z4. It is beautifully crafted and makes my gear box feel brand new!
My only negative aspect is that I thought the gear knob would have the 'z4' symbol etched on it like the six speed.

Overall fantastic product

Two weeks ago I placed an order, the next day I received a tracking number, there was no more information, only the first date is written in the tracking, the supplier does not have any contacts on the website, does not respond to return mail either. Very similar to a scam

Purchased a BMW Z3 gearknob, came well packaged. Love the product, would highly recommend! Would have been handy if it came with an allen key to help fit product - had to buy one separately

This is the second part that I've purchased from Zedonist (following a Steering Cooling Loop last year) and although I haven't fitted it yet, it also looks to be of high quality and I'm sure I'll have no problems with it. Keep up the good work!
