Thanks for sharing your concerns, but this review is highly misunderstood.

At no point do we claim that trading signals are included in the one-time fee, and there are also no hidden promises regarding our AI Analyzer. In fact, the AI Analyzer is 100% free for all users, with 50 free credits provided every month, and there is no option to buy extra credits. So the statement that it “costs credits” in a paid sense is also misleading.

Additionally, our liquidity signals in Discord are 100% free for all members, with no extra cost required.

As for the indicators, they are not something you can simply find for free on TradingView. Our tools were award-winning two years in a row and are built with proprietary logic that goes far beyond standard public indicators.

We also want to mention that we have already issued a refund in this case, as we always try to be fair and ensure customer satisfaction.

We always aim to be fully transparent, and we’re sorry to hear the experience was disappointing, but the claims in this review are not accurate.

The reviewer falsely accuses us of paying for our reviews, a completely baseless and serious allegation. All of our reviews are authentic, voluntarily submitted by real customers.

Additionally, the reviewer falsely states that we have "no to minimal feedback from our customer service team," which is entirely untrue. We maintain a clear, active, and documented customer support process, and we make every effort to assist all users promptly.
