After Skype shut down, I was looking for a way to make international calls. I tried a few other options and I couldn't get them to work for me. ZenCall was very easy to use.
I did have a strange problem where sometimes long calls would get disconnected. Customer service for that issue was good. Because it was an intermittent issue, it's hard to know if it was actually solved.
Simple to use browser based calling options. Solid replacement for Skype for making international calls.
Looking for something after Skype? Very happy to have found this service, which seems reliable. So far, so good.
I've been using ZenCall for international calls and it does exactly what it promises. No apps to install, easy setup, and great low rates.
The individualized customer service was first-rate !
