Being forced to continue receiving for


Being forced to continue receiving for 24 months is outrageous and wrong. You can’t even pause the subscription or cancel until after 24 months. If I knew this I never would have have signed up.There are much better services out there that are less expensive and don’t hold you to them for 2 years.

I ordered the first box and then


I ordered the first box and then canceled. It sent me a second box. When I looked at my account it said it was canceled. Yet I still got charged $43??? No one is answering the phone so I guess I’m going to dispute it with my credit card company. So scammy.

As we mentioned, no one answered the phone because you called us on the weekend during our off-hours. I also checked and saw that we never got a record that you cancelled your subscription. That was why when I checked, your account was still active. Anyway, we've cancelled it for you now, so rest assured you won't be charged in the future. Ordered a subscription with "cancel"


Ordered a subscription with "cancel" anytime. I want to try it out. Cancel, if I like it, reorder and continue. I am unable to cancel for 24 cycles, even though it says I can cancel anytime.
I have tried messaging and calling. Calling goes to someone's voicemail no mention of the company, which seems random.

My bracelet arrived and it is


My bracelet arrived and it is beautiful. I ordered a 7 when I should have ordered a 6. But it was my mistake and I am dealing with it. I get compliments on it all the time. I suffer from scoliosis pain and after having surgery last year removing a tumor and 1 ovary, I was laid up and couldn't exercise and now I need to lose the weight I gained while being laid up. I hope it helps.
