I loved the bracelets I ordered. I love wearing them especially since purple is my favorite color.

Great service, quality and fast delivery

The shopping was wonderful but one of the necklaces was not made correctly. If I wear it, it hangs crooked. But I love all of my other items. They are just beautiful!

Well packaged. Love the descriptor cards that were included in each of the bracelet bags. Bracelet stones are very pretty. Happy with my purchases

I bought 2 different pieces but only received a description card for one. And both came in one bag. They are both gifts, so I've had to be innovative. Otherwise, I'm happy with the purchase.

I dont know alot about crystals and healing properties. I do need some help beyond all of the medications. I am really enjoying all of the reading. The jewelry is beautiful. I am very pleased and looking forward learning all that. Thank you very much !!

It was easy to order - hard to decide what I wanted/needed though. So many beautiful and useful items. Delivery was very prompt and I love my bracelet. Will definitely order again.

I purchased a bracelet and had it for a few weeks when it came apart. I emailed to inform and received a reply to provide a picture, this was done and was informed they would replace the bracelet. At another time I purchased a bracelet that when received it magnetized to another bracelet which I was able to return and receive a refund.

They are too tight and I can't wear them.

Inexpensive and the bracelets look cute. Easy way to add a little color

I thought I would get the ones pictured the purple set. I got the blue. I don’t care for blue.

Update - Phillip with Zen House contacted me regarding the broken bracelet mentioned in my original review. He proactively offered to replace it and ship for a small fee ( because it was purchased more than 30 days prior). I’m willing to pay the shipping cost when an offer to replace is made without my even making a request to do so! Nice experience.

I love all bracelets ordered in recent months. However they don’t seem to be rigorous enough to withstand putting on/taking off everyday. One has broken and beads scattered everywhere - no way to repair. :(

I dion’t remember what I bought, but the experience was very good.
