I have paid for 1 year licence. The contract renewal was due in 2 months. I cancelled the renewal and then they just killed all my access.

I wrote them a legal email, still no repsonse.

And by the way: You carefully need to check what their services can REALLY do. The marketing on the website and the reality are 2 different things.

I have open support tickets since December - and even after 3 reminders still open.

Pros: subscription pricing doesn't increase (locked in for life), Zoom integrated (don't have to pay extra)

CONS: everything constantly doesn't work or doesn't work well and takes 3-10 times longer than it should to the point that you DREAD working on your online business or website.

Examples: cloning live classes periodically (not always!) does not update link so students can't even join the live class;
moving a block up or down on a simple web page deletes the entire block that took you 20 minutes to make;
Cloning blocks sometimes stops working entirely;
Sending an email broadcast (newsletter)? do not trust for a second that it will be saved as you hit "next".
Entire students / contacts (our customers!!!!) wiped from existence as you try to make a simple edit to them.
Each of these is an egregious malfunction of basic technologically. And these are just problems that are at the top of my mind.

It feels like we are back in 2008 on a barely functional LMS.

Instead of taking things seriously, support pretends nothing is wrong and takes days or weeks to make the most unhelpful replies. Simple improvements that would take at most a half day from Zenler's side and save us customers hours and hours of our lives are not getting done. THEY REALLY DON"T CARE.

Zenler does all sorts of complicated live customer events to try and patch over things and hold the hands of extremely non-tech savvy customers, but no one taking their small business seriously has time for all that.

Zenler should be in the business of making DECENT FUNCTIONAL software, and focus WAY less on teaching people how to run their business. They need to edit all of their educational content to make it as SUCCINCT as possible.

It literally feels disrespectful of customers' time.

Do better, Zenler! Channel our funds into better support, ONGOING REAL UPGRADES to OUR EXPERIENCE USING THE SOFTWARE. It's getting ridiculous.

They decided to delete my entire course permanently which I spent so much time to build without a single heads up email. I had no problem upgrading a paid version. But instead of doing a simple and easy like sending a reminder email, they decided to be crude and kill any chance of me and my contacts in becoming long time customers.

Terrible terrible communication and service level.

Used zenler for a year and found customer support very unhelpful. Website failed to work several times which is not ideal when you have a class you need to host. And be careful when you want to cancel because if you choose to cancel well in advance to be sure you're not charged, they take your website straight down, they don't wait until the year is up! Very poor.

It was by far The most difficult software that I've ever tried to use. But added to that, when I tried to cancel the trial they had a very obscure cancel section that took me about 3 hours to find in about 10 emails. Because they don't have a customer service person that you can talk to. I would not recommend them to anybody. They are deceptive and they don't want you to cancel so they can collect that money for nothing because their platform is not I'm.

Since posting my original review below, I was contacted directly by Rakesh, the founder of Zenler. I appreciate that he reached out personally to acknowledge the problems I was facing.

I am happy to report that the critical issues regarding the API instability and video playback lag have been resolved. I have tested these extensively, and they are functioning correctly again. Rakesh also provided a generous gesture of goodwill to compensate for the disruption to my business.

I am raising my rating to 3 stars because the platform is usable again. However, I am not giving a full 5 stars yet because there is still work to be done. The platform performance can still be sluggish; likely due to older codebases or optimization needs, and I am currently discussing this directly with the founder. Furthermore, my original point about the support team stands: frontline support needs to improve their culture and stop dismissing customer reports or gaslighting users when valid technical issues arise.

I am hopeful that with the founder's direct involvement, Zenler is getting back on the right track.

I have been a long-time user of Zenler, and initially, it was a fantastic platform that I recommended to everyone. However, over the last year, the quality of service has plummeted to the point where it is now a liability for my business.

What used to be a stable environment has become incredibly unpredictable. The platform suffers from frequent, unannounced downtimes that disrupt my students' learning experience. The video playback; a core feature for any course platform, is consistently laggy and buffers constantly, regardless of the user's internet speed.

Furthermore, if you rely on integrations, be warned: the API has become highly unstable, causing automations to break without warning. Features that worked yesterday often stop working today.

Perhaps the most frustrating aspect is the decline in customer support. Response times have slowed significantly. When you finally do get a reply, the support team’s default stance is to gaslight the user. Instead of acknowledging server-side issues or bugs, they immediately blame the user's setup or connection. There is zero accountability and no urgency to fix recurring problems.

I can no longer trust Zenler with my business, and I strongly advise new creators to look elsewhere.

I’ve been with Zenler for years but was stagnant in my progress. TheAccelerator and Accelerator Plus Programs took everything to the next level.

Zenler is a British tech company, run by approachable, knowledgeable and committed people. As a 60+ woman - a demographic sometimes patronised by the tech industry - I have had nothing but positive experiences and consider the service more than generously priced for the value it delivers.

There are so many reasons to recommend Zenler. Not only does the platform do everything it needs to do to on a practical level, for entrepreneurs, like me, to run our business, create courses, sites, communities, memberships, funnels and email sequences - but it is done with the personal touch - real human connection, communication, support and a sense of being part of a special community.
