Professional communication by phone and email, very polite and courteous on the day. The service was superb: everything left spotless and the oven is just like new. This sort of service isn't cheap, but Zen is very competitive. The outcome is worth every penny. This is our first time but we will be using Zen twice a year from now on.

The technician was on time polite and did a fantastic job . Really worth it but if there is no parking near your house they can’t do your racks as they are cleaned in the van. Still worthwhile and I’d recommend

I really wish they had taken before and after photos - imagine the most maltreated, burnt encrusted, old family oven to start with and then something that looked almost new by the time they finished. mind blown. Oh and they were friendly and efficient too.
