Great experience with Zensurance! I had a tight deadline for a hotel project and needed a $2M General Liability policy fast. Kevin Pathmakanthan was incredibly helpful—he understood the urgency, handled my request professionally, and found the best price for me. Thanks to his quick support, I was able to meet my contract requirements and start work on time. Highly recommend!

They do not issue insurance themselves just add a surcharge to the insurance provider. My experience is they did not accept my claim when my tenant did not pay rent and damaged my property. They promised legal support but they did not approve. Their legal line is just waste of time as they try to just put you on many holds so you give up. I spent 6 hours to get a legal opinion that was useless. They suggested me I cannot get rent from my tenant because it’s too much work and law support the tenant. Total waste of money to buy this insurance

It was super easy to sign up for insurance. And I like how Kevin Pathmakanthan helped me choose what was appropriate for my needs.

Website was easy to navigate and agent available immediately to answer specific questions. Agent also probed about needing to name my client on the CGL insurance certificate which I had confirmed when I re-read the client contract.
