ZENTHER SCAM

Well, I ordered on Feb 2 and still dont have ANYTHING back from them in mid April. Last review I gave them they replied immediately indicating all I need to do is contact their 'support' of which I have done MANY times with NO answer still. I am sure they will respond to this review again with the same crap. Avoid them unless you want to lose your money. Great marketing but total SCAM.

Well… there we go yet again as I said would happen. They blame me for not sending to their support email… but I have done so many times now. They have my email and order number… if they were real they would contact me direct. This now makes me feel I should review them weekly to ensure I drive their review and trust number down..

Going forward with this product, I'm cancelling all future orders!

Going forward with this product, I wish to cancel all future orders of this product as of today. I haven't received my first order and I made a mistake of ordering any in the first place, you have my $80. and you can keep this one, but I will be cancelling all future payments through my credit card.

still waiting for the product

still waiting for the product. over a month and still nothing. customer support does not do anything. sends the same message. our records show it is still in transit. no real way to track the package. it states that it was shipped using USPS, but cannot provide a real tracking number from them. ZERO STARS ordered product 2/21/26 and still waiting.

We want to clarify that while the final delivery is handled by USPS, we actually use our own tracking and shipping system to manage orders from our facilities. Packages are scanned and processed through our system before being handed off to USPS for the last leg of delivery. Because of this, a USPS tracking number may not always reflect your package immediately.

Buyer beware - this is a scam. Product is never received. Stay well clear of them

Same as everyone else here. They take your money, then orders don't turn up. No tracking info ever uploaded. Customer service writes an inane email saying sorry for delays etc (same as their answer to a couple of posts here). Then they just stop replying. I have written at least 5 times asking for an update with no responses at all. It is now nearly 3 months since I ordered -no product, no service, no feedback

The statement that no tracking information was ever uploaded is not correct — all orders can be tracked through our website using the order number and email address provided at checkout, which was also shared in our previous communications with you.

Regarding communication, we respond to every customer inquiry in the order it is received. During periods of high demand, response times can be longer than usual, which may have caused the delay you experienced. However, your messages were not ignored. During that time, our team was actively investigating your order status.

Upon review, we identified that there was an issue with the logistics handling of your shipment. Because of this, we have already issued a full refund back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this may take a few business days to reflect.

We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience and the delay in both delivery and communication. Your feedback is taken seriously, and we are continuously working to improve both our shipping and support processes.

This is my second review, responding to their response

This is my second review. After stating on Trust Pilot that their discounts do not work and they do NOT respond to emails, they DID respond to my post here. Trying to say that you can only use a discount once! In the 3 attempts I've made I never got a discount. Three different offers, I did order the product twice but will look elsewhere from now on. VERY POOR service, and I believe advertising any discount by them is false.

Lastly, please note that discount codes are typically one-time use and may also be subject to expiration. If a code is not working, it’s usually due to one of these reasons or an issue with entering it correctly in the designated field. We also offer a subscription option which automatically applies a 20% discount and can be canceled anytime at your convenience.

I would give it a 0 if I could

I would give it a 0 if I could, product does not work at all and I had to go to the doctor because it gave me extremely bad diarrhoea the doctor told me that I shouldn't have trusted a random supplement from a facebook ad. Their ads are all extremely fear mongering as well very decieving practices and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE please be aware

Total scam

I ordered a four month supply to try out. Didnt seem to do anything to lower blood pressure. I figured this product was to good to be true. I was willing to lose 80$ and hope the product worked so I could avoid prescribed blood pressure meds. Now I'm being charged 80$ and delivered a four month supply every month. There is no way I signed up for that. No way to get a hold of anyone. Sent emails and no response. Had to be Magnum PI to figure out how to cancel subscription that I didnt sign up for. No faith that it actually was canceled. We'll see next month I guess. Do not buy this product worthless scam that cost me 240$ so far. Not even bothering to try and return for a refund as I already know how that will go.

Why does a product "manufactured in…

Why does a product "manufactured in USA" have to pass through customs and come via a Chinese shipper?
Tracking is straight out of the last century. Vague updates with no details. Ordered 27 Feb, now 16 March. CS repeats some doubletalk about logistics!

Outstanding Order yet to be received.

I placed an order on 4th January 2026, and am yet to receive the order. I requested an update on 30th January, as I had not received a dispatch update, received a reply on 1st February to advise order was in transit, but no carrier or tracking number provided. I chased again on 20th requesting a tracking ref, and carrier name, but no response has yet been provided. This is very poor customer service, and to not receive an order nearly two months after order date is extremely disappointing to say the least. Philip Knights

No response from Customer Service to return product

After finding out the product comes from out of the United States and prior to the receipt of the product, I attempted to cancel the shipment. I was contacted immediately that the product had already been shipped. It took it another 7 to 10 days to receive. I received the product, immediately sent e-mails (now 5 of them) to return the product and receive a refund and cannot get any response. There is no telephone number so the only way to contact is through e-mails.

Zenther's Beetwise Root Formula

I bought Zenther's Beetwise Root Formula but decided to return them. They have a 90 day returns policy but after repeated emails and customer service requests, they have not even responded! So much for customer satisfaction.

Beetwise order

I ordered on Dec9th. they acknowoledged that they recieaved the order and then said it was being shipped . Never got it they refuse to responde to any emails. My opinion is this is a fraud and scam on Facebook !
