Katherine has been a fantastic resource for us. Payments can be confusing sometimes, especially in the high risk markets, and she has been super helpful in the past 2 years.

Hanna H. was incredibly helpful, prompt, and easy to work with when my small business was looking for credit card processing services. She made the somewhat-tedious underwriting process as easy as possible and always had thoughtful answers for me.

I don't have much experience with the company yet but I've dealt pretty extensively with Hanna Holland. She is hands down the best CSR I've ever dealt with. She is on her A game every time I've needed something.

This company was wonderful to work with. The representative I worked with (Katherine) was an amazing help and had constant support and responded rapidly to any questions or concerns I had.

We had an issue with our Credit Card terminal yesterday morning and after 1 hour and 45 minutes speaking thru a CSR in Jamaica who was extremely patient and helpful in trying to solve the issue, we came to the conclusion that our existing terminal had seen it's time. She connected me to Jocelyn Bashi up in TSUN (Michigan-for those non- Buckeyes) who took care of the replacement procedure for our terminal immediately. Jocelyn indicated the procedure and said that we should receive our unit today. The new terminal arrived from FedEx around 1:40 and as I was plugging the new unit in with power, Jocelyn called to see if we had received it OK...what timing and what service...thanks to her we were up and running without much delay...we greatly appreciate the great and timely service, so hats off to Miss Jocelyn up in TSUN...Go Buckeyes!!

Been with Bankcard for numerous years. Work every closely with reps over that time and each time they took the time to understand and get to know our company and employees. The last rep we worked with Mackenzie O, made our experience and time with Bankcard amazing. Her endless efforts to go up and over what was asked, made the decision to leave Bankcard extremely difficult. Most places see your business as nothing more then a monthly amount and a MID but not Bankcard. We will be on the lookout for any business opportunity that would allow us to work with the great and knowledgeable staff at Bankcard Services. We would like to thank Micheal, Marissa, Mackenzie and all the great staff we had the pleasure to work with over the years. Thank you.

Jocelyn was extremely friendly and helpful! I plan on buying a second wireless credit card machine from her & she was invalueable in the process. She secured my delivery of the machine for me in just 48 hours & I was blown away! Thank you very much!

Jocelyn was very helpful and resolved our issue of changing banks very quickly. Everything was handled within a few hours and was very easy to do. Within a day the banking transaction were being handled by our new bank, which was very impressive and very much appreciated as we were trying to close out our old bank account and needed to get all activity transferred over to our new bank as quickly as possible.

Jaclyn provided great service to me and super friendly, I would definitely recommend her to friends and or family who need her services.

The only problem I had was the long wait time over the phone, so I used the text program to a tech and it worked out great.

Giovanna and Marissa, both who helped me in the installation process of credit card machine, were very kind to answer to all possible questions. Both were great!

They don't keep their word and had bad experience with them.
