DO NOT waste your time and money on…

DO NOT waste your time and money on this bank. My application was declined, likely because I am in Australia. Their approval process is unclear and inconsistent. They ask for ID and proof of address but then reject applications without verifying income or employment.

What's worse, they charge a non-refundable $50 fee just to apply. The information on their website is misleading and does not clearly state the potential for automatic rejection based on location.

A quick Google search reveals numerous complaints from other users experiencing similar issues. Whirlpool forums reviews and highlight widespread problems with this bank.

Zenus Bank offers no benefits like FDIC insurance, so there's no reason to endure their frustrating application process. It seems they readily accept applications knowing full well that many will be automatically rejected due to location.

I strongly advise avoiding this bank and urge others to spread the word about their deceptive practices. I will be sharing this experience on as many platforms as possible to warn others of what they are getting into with Zenus Bank.

I made my fist deposit but they are lying it hasn’t arrived at all

I made my fist deposit. They act as it never arrives. Thieves, beware. Don’t use this scammy app. Complete useless customer service.

Don't waste your money! NOT trustworthy

Don't waste your money!
A month ago I applied for an account with ZENUS and had to use their app to do so.
After payment of $50 and almost going through the whole process, the app died and I could NOT log into the account, redo the steps, nor did I get an email about account creation.
I contacted support and they needed 2 weeks just to tell me to try again. As they didn't provide any guidance on how NOT to pay again, I asked for a refund of my money.
Without success. They said it was not an account opening problem, but an app problem..
In my book these are not honest business practices.
Not sure if this is a scam.

Extremely incompetent

They are extremely incompetent. They open your account for $50 and could never transfer monies. Spent 2 months dealing with very polite first liners that resolved nothing. Wire instructions were absurd and always rejected. Last one wasn't returned nor deposited. Originating bank had to finally recall it. I can't imagine what it would be to withdraw money. BEWARE! don't be fooled.

Me costo dar de alta la app, no identificaba bien el pasaporte para la verificación. Pero la atención al cliente es buena y amable.
No me gusta que la tarjeta VISA no valga para Europa, no la puedes solicitar.

No help, stalling, but finally money back.

Their website didn’t work. When I asked for my money back, they finally replied, after lots of emails asking for a refund. Weeks went by. I was angry and threatened. Stalling, lies, or inept? You choose. BUT, to their credit, I have now received a refund in full. I see they have 25% 5-star reviews. Be interesting to know how many they wrote themselves

BE CAREFUL TO THIS ORGANIZATION (IT IS NOT A BANK !!)

They first approve your account and tell you to put funds into it for then coming back to you AFTER MONTHS and tell you that they found "discrepancies" into what you told them and that they need additional information from you.

If you are an individual who travel a lot and have business in different countries with one country of residency please DO NOT send money to them.

HIGHLY DISREGARDED.
