I would give zero stars if was possible. Please Avoid Avoid Avoid as I did a mistake and threw away over £100 of hard earned money to this shocking company.

Where to start, I mean same issues as everyone else and especially shocked as payment mechanism was provided by Klarna which gave me more confidence.
Basically ring did not work from get go. Would not charge. I managed to charge it once with cable provided and it only lasted 3 days. When I tried to charge again with cable and with case it would no longer charge. Also, app is shocking. It synced at first when ring was first charged but it took ages compared to Oura for instance as that one is just seemless. App actually is inaccurate as well, looks like half done, some data is missing, parameters are not there, also seems to count arm movement for steps which is absolutely shocking poor technology.Also app graphics look terrible, have adds. I rather pay monthly fee and have something proper if that is the case and app is core thing of tracking device like without it what's the point of the ring.

Anyways, so I messaged Zenvora about this and they just started same garbage as other people say. Sending longest instructions how to test, reset, restart ring like absolutely crazy stuff. I did all that and then they would ask for a video. Video is impossible to send via email and impossible to show on video actually that ring does not charge, I mean it just not charge period and they would insist on one email and then offer partial refund on next. Like absolutely crazy. I think I have exchanged like 30 emails by now insisting to return but they resist to provide label, like normal trading stuff : D I know this is Chinese imports but like I have bought lots of stuff from China before via Tik Tok and they all cover returns if product is faulty and generally by international standard it is de facto agreement that supplier covers returns if product is faulty or false but man, time they spend to argue like what a waste of money and Klarna also involved. Obviously absolutely not happy about this, have way too much going in life and this on top of everything.

Please people don't be stupid and naive like me and Do NOT, DO NOT waste your money and better save up a bit and buy a proper thing like Oura or maybe Samsung don't know just how bad this product is and customer care non existent, like you have to pay for returns like what, have I not spent too much for nothing? What a piss take!!!

Customer service has been extremely disappointing. I was gifted a ring for Christmas which unfortunately is faulty and does not work as intended.

Over the past four months, I have gone back and forth with their support team, completing multiple troubleshooting steps and providing video evidence, yet the issue remains unresolved. Despite being told a replacement would be arranged, this has not happened.

Instead, I have repeatedly been asked to provide the same information and videos again, which has caused unnecessary delay and frustration.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company based on my experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the Zenvora ring has been nothing short of appalling.

First, the product itself is completely inaccurate and unreliable. A device like this is supposed to provide dependable data, but the readings were inconsistent and, frankly, useless. That alone would have been enough to justify a return.

The accompanying app, Ectri, only made matters worse. It is poorly designed and written in very broken English, which makes it difficult to trust or even properly understand. It feels unfinished and unprofessional.

I attempted to return the ring within the stated 30-day period, expecting a straightforward process. Instead, I was met with repeated attempts to avoid a proper refund. The company kept offering partial refunds, starting at 5% and going up to 20%, rather than honouring a full return. This felt extremely frustrating and, honestly, quite concerning.

At this point, I am escalating the issue with my bank.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend staying away from Zenvora.

This is a scam. They sent me a package containing an empty box with no product anywhere in sight. I tried to contact them for a refund but they argued that the package was tampered with after being placed in my mailbox, even though it was completely in tact before I opened it. When I filed a charge back on my credit card, they lied again and said they were able to verify that I signed for the package, even though I wasn't even home at the time of delivery. A recent youtube video exposed Zenvora as a scam company.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD Ordered a wrist blood pressure monitor as was showing on no doubt some false health website as the best monitor in the market. It took ages to come and then when it did the instructions were so tiny had to use magnifying glass to read. It’s a cheap looking piece of equipment. When finally got it to take readings it was giving dangerously high results which if were true I would be having a heart attack! Went to pharmacy for a reading. They took several and all normal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Same experience as others here, sizing chart is WAY off (measured multiple times before ordering and multiple times after receiving to double check my double checking), so the ring received is WAY to big. Return shipping is subject to a 15% handling fee and the ring must be returned to China, even though the website we purchased from is Canadian (.ca). Oh but if we'd rather keep the ring we have and order a replacement one, they will give us a deal of selling it to us for 80% off, just to be nice. Of course knowing the sizing chart is off we have to guess at the size and hope we don't get another one that is the wrong size. SUCH A SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Bluff företag, fått fel produkt jag beställt o tog kontakt med deras support som ville att jag skulle returnera produkten o stå för retur frakten själv, men jag skulle inte få tillbaka rätt produkt eller pengarna tillbaka. Men uppmanades ändå att jag skulle känna mig trygg i framtida beställningar!! Skitbolag!!!

Efter 22 mail där dom begär foto på produkten jag fått och jag har skickat 22 mail med foto och dom begär fortfarande foto.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t not buy it’s a scam they won’t allow me to return it for a full refund the size chart is off and it’s cheap and not worth the price.

Would give zero if an option. Ring received that is faulty and doesn’t track sleep or steps accurately. Informed it will cost £35 postage plus 15% of purchase price to return to Hong Kong. Appalling company.

Bought a smart ring after buying a size finder from another website - bought on 25 or 26 January and arrived today (4 February)
Company kept me updated often and arrived exactly when expected.
Delighted with ring and trying to discover all the benefits of owning it.

Now wearing the ring constantly and it’s giving me great insight into my health- well worth buying.

Terrible app. Terrible customer service. Very long delivery wait.

I would give zero if I could this is not a legitimate company I received a ring wrong size wrong colour and they have ignored my e mails and request to return please do not use them they are scammers I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews first. I don’t know how they have 2.9 unless they created them themselves - Do not buy from them

Bought a smart ring and it was too big so sent an email to send back the ring
Only got 14 days to return and still haven’t got a reply to return

Bluff företag med olika domän, mailadresser .
Företaget använder svensk domän men adressen är i kina.
Gjorde order på en ”smartwatch” men ändrade mig och skickade mail för att avbryta orden efter bara 8 minuter.
Jag får ett mail 4 dagar senare att det försent och att de har redan skickat varan och att jag ska ändå testa den och återkomma om jag vill lämna tillbaka.
Jag skrev tillbaka och hänvisade till att jag har avbeställt varan efter 8 minuter och är inte intresserad av att testa de.
Köp ingenting här även om det är gratis.
