They have taken money from my bank card


They have taken money from my bank card goodness knows why, I’ve never heard of them so why they’ve done this I don’t know,I’m just ringing bank to find out.

ZenX is a non-custodial, crypto-only swap service. We do not support bank cards, debit cards, credit cards, or bank connections of any kind, and we have no technical ability to charge or access a user’s bank account.

If a charge has appeared on your bank card, it did not originate from ZenX. It is likely unrelated or from another service with a similar name, or a case of card misuse that your bank can help investigate.
