I highly recommend Zepisa African Safaris. They are a locally owned and operated company in Tanzania specializing in Safaris. I sent them a list of things I wanted to do for our honeymoon, and they came back with a complete itinerary that hit my high points and was within my budget. They were very responsive while we finalized the itinerary.
Once on the trip, we did not have to worry about a thing. We were picked up from the airport and had the same driver and vehicle daily. The driver, Gilbart, spoke good English and always tried to work around what we wanted to do. We even made detours to pharmacies, clothing stores, and gift shops on the way to and from different national parks.
During the flight there our bag was lost by the airline. The support staff in the office worked with the airline to find the bag and deliver it to our hotel. I did not have to do a thing except file the initial claim.
It was a great trip.

The tour was a perfect combination of national parks so we saw a huge variety of animals and scenery , everything organized perfectly , really lovely comfortable accommodation and the tour guid was excellent too - a wonderful trip

Great experience, private jeep for us, hot lunch, with high quality food every day! The guide was quite experienced and knowledgeable of all the parks, provided us with quite good experiences, being able to see most of all animals we were expecting to see! The lodges were great, and the staff was quite friendly!
Regarding the planning and organization of the Safari, the office staff was amazing; we had to postpone our Safari due to the covid situation, and we didn’t have any issues to book new dates and we were reassured throughout the process, everything went smoothly, with no problems!
Truly recommended! They know what they are doing!

Booking my Safari with Zepisa African Safaris was an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was very responsive and patient with all of my questions. They were very accommodating when we ran into issues with Covid restrictions which we really appreciated. Our guide was Gilbart and he was fantastic! Very welcoming and helpful, and so patient! always looking for ways to make our experience even better. "We have been planning this trip for three years, and one of things we wanted to experience was the wild, remote and old part of Africa. That is the main reason we chose to go to the Selous, and Ruaha. We accomplished our goal.

There is so much more to see and experience here than just the mammals. The Bao Bab and Tooth Brush trees... the Agama lizards, Puff Adder, Black Spitting Cobra and African Butterflies all prove that. I added 124 new bird species to my life list which I am quite proud of.

This was a trip during the Covid-19 age and yes, we had to put forth a little extra effort to get the PCR testing done in order to get to Tanzania and then back home, but we felt it was worth it. My wife and I for the most part felt like we were the only guests there. Some nights, we were the only guests in the camp. Most of the time we were the only car there watching lions. Very few other visitors were there while we were and it was nice and intimate. I'm sure the camps would like to have more visitors though.

All in all, it was a great trip and we can't wait to do it again."

We had an amazing safari with Zepisa African Safaris! We have been to Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater.
Our amazing guide Michael was reliable, knowledgeable and found so many animals we would have never recognized. That was incredible! Apart from that he even saved a car (with passengers) from another company… their driver had forgotten to fix the handbrake properly. The accommodations were stunning places and the food was delicious! The communication with the company was easy and quick all the time.

Best trip to Iringa as we were filling like home because they started their hospitality since day one until we left, best guidance by Gilbert all around ruaha and Iringa tour in general...Keep up the good work guys.

Our Journey designer Nyemo was very helpful and efficient with trip planning and accommodation booking. He always replies our emails promptly!
Airport pickup and transfer was very smooth.
Our Tour guide Usher was very friendly and knowledgeable. We learnt so much about the wildlife and local culture. Usher made our trip very informative and fun. We were amazed by Usher super good eyesight to spot animals with a distance. Usher was very patient to answer all our questions, and let us take as many photos as we want. I think Usher maximized the game time for us, and he always stopped at a very good spot for photo taking.
We love all accommodations Zepisa African safaris suggested. All were very clean with nice deco, food, view and friendly staffs. Both accommodations and food exceeded our expectation.

My wife and I booked a 2 day safari with Zepisa African safaris and it was everything that we wanted it to be.
Nyemo was an amazing guide from the time picked us from Iringa airport to the time he dropped us off at the end of our trip.
Our vehicle was comfortable and suitable for off-road driving in the parks. The parks in Tanzania are abundantly endowed with wildlife and we got to experience it in Ruaha National park thanks to Nyemo superb guiding skills and experience.
The camps we were booked in were very good. We are vegetarian and they had a wide variety of vegetarian dishes to choose from and nice friendly staff.
It was sad to leave Tanzania and I will come back for another tour soon

I went on a Safari with my sister and her family for 6 days.
The accommodation was comfortable and beautiful. The food was amazing and delicious. The staff were amazing, accommodating and so funny. The whole experience was filled with fun, surprises and a wonderful atmosphere of unique experiences.
We were taken care of before we even landed with consistent email correspondence and information pack. I highly recommend this company and hope to do this again!

Excellent and well organized company. Our guide and driver/cook were absolutely brilliant. Accommodations that we stayed at and the food far exceeded my expectations. Overall one of my best trips.
