Really good app, love the feature where I can use it like an actual card and get the card details from the app, because let’s face it who takes their wallet everywhere with them these days?! So having it just there on my phone is fantastic.

Zero has truly impressed me! Their platform is incredibly easy to use, making my financial tasks simple and straightforward. Customer support is phenomenal – always professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful.

The only banking app that cares about the environment.

There aren't as many features yet as some other banking apps because it's still new, but I'm excited to see where it goes.

Dont ever use them they are horrible every time i transfer some money there like £20 £30 it taking me at least 1 week of sending an emails until they reply then they gone be putting you of by saying money not received them so you have to put pressure on them and then they give it you transfers from another account takes 2 weeks .....DONT USE THEM THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE AND THEY KNOW IT

Great app. Easy to use

Used my Zero card recently for first time abroad while cruising many countries, to avoid fees and commissions. Found the Zero card much more convenient to use than other Travel cards which I have had in the past where you need to keep changing currencies such as the Post Office Card. Add the fact that your money is safe and secure, in case of loss or theft and it’s a keeper 👌

Update: After waiting for a week, it prompted that it could not verify my identity. I emailed the customer service team but have not received a response. I am unable to use your service through registration.

After I joined the waitlist and became eligible for registration, I was blocked because after registering, I received the message "Review In Progress. Your application has been passed to our team for review. This may take up to 2 working days. We'll email you when your application has been updated." This status has lasted a whole week.
