Yesterday Morgan came to clean my carpets, rugs and sofas. He was very engaging, he was thorough, he reviewed the request that I sent in to make sure that he was going to clean that which I asked for.
He let me know when he would be arriving and about how long it would take to complete. Everything looks great.
When it was time to leave, just as he opened the door to take all of his equipment outside, the sky opened up the rain came down in buckets. He got absolutely drenched loading his truck and I felt horrible for him. He was a real trooper! Thank you

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. My carpets were already in excellent shape before ZeroRez came to my home. I just needed them to be freshened up a little bit. After ZeroRez came to my home, there are now black stains all over my entire carpet! They made my carpets a million times worse!! Absolutely horrible company. They have no idea what they are doing.
