Absolutely fantastic service. My daughter dropped her phone down a portaloo. When they came to empty it (Richard Simmonds) cleaned her phone, and posted it back to her, including paying for postage and insurance. Of which he wouldn’t take a penny. Now have one very happy teenager. Outstanding service. Thanks Richard

Fantastic experience with Steve and Jade from Zero Waste with a particularly difficult house clearance. Nothing was too much trouble, and their attitude was never anything short of cheerful, helpful and reassuring. They went above and beyond on an extremely hot day, making the whole experience positive in every way. If the need arises in future, I will definitely be giving Zero Waste a call.

Booking service was excellent and very good comms throughout. Really nice knowing when the team was twenty minutes from our door. They couldn't have worked faster to clear our waste and were also very good humoured and friendly . We're so pleased this company is working in our area.

Easy to book by phone. Paid for a time slot plus deposit. Only two or three days notice. Very professional polite team arrived on time in a Zero Waste marked vehicle. Took photos of items and sent to offices. Then told exactly how much I would have to pay. Quickly loaded items . I phoned office to pay after they had gone. A very easy and good experience.

I cannot fault their service. Professional from the start. Two great employees came to clear a deceased estate house and were wonderfully polite and friendly. Such a refreshing experience. Very respectful. The price quoted was good value but more importantly people who had respect for the circumstances. 100% recommend them

Really happy to recommend Zero Waste Group - really simple direct booking process with great follow-up communication. A call on the collection day with expected arrival time. The guys doing the collection were polite and friendly, and did a really efficient job of clearing our rubbish ahead of a house move. The pricing was very fair and transparent.

Easy booking process. Courtesy call to advise their approximate arrival time. Both guys were helpful and efficient with their loading process. I would definitely use Zero Waste again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Booked on the 27 of may, I cancelled within the cancellation window and I am being challenged that I cancelled within 24h and not a full day, which is incorrect.
3 months and still no refund.
Chased it, and was deducted cancellation fee, despite waiting 3 months for a refund which I still didn’t receive.

Had high hopes based on the reviews but pricing wasn’t transparent.
Booked a house clearance which is itemised and was told I would only pay for what was removed: on the day I had 3 fewer bed bases and 2 fewer bookshelves to be taken away than I had originally booked, so expected a significant refund (even though I added a small exercise bike and rug) but was told on the day that it would be the same price as ‘it’s calculated in cubic metres’ which the driver estimates by looking. Clearly they took away far less than I originally paid for. How is this fair and transparent, when I paid for specific items? I was offered £40 back after sending 3 emails, the first two of which were not answered.

Zero Waste Group came this morning to clear our garden which was a thorough mess. Ben and Dan phoned about 30minutes before arriving and they did an amazing job. Dealing with this company is very easy and straightforward from beginning to end.
They are an ethical and registered company and their prices are very competitive. We shall definitely use them again.

Whilst we were please that a large sofa, up 3 flights of stairs, has been removed we are concerned about the overall concept of this company and what really happens after removal.
First appointment was a failure because of a "flat tyre". Flat tyre is mentioned in a few other reviews, generally on a Friday ... which our was.
Our designer sofa was collected in an open van on a day when rain was in the forecast. A soaked sofa cannot be re-homed. So, we are concerned about what the fate of our sofa is ... hoping it is not fly tipped.
Just not confident ... and it seems subcontractors are used as there was no marking on the truck or acknowledgement that this was from Zero Waste.

Very good communications before the job was done. The clearance was done very quickly and efficiently. The two staff who did the job were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would highly recommend the company.

Would definitely recommend Zero Waste. From the first phone call to collection 2 days after.
I received a call en route with estimated arrival and the service was so quick.

We booked Zero Waste Group to clear the family home for sale. Both Luke and Brad were brilliant. They listened and delivered happily, joyfully and energetically to all out request.The house was left in immaculate condition and we the family had big smiles. I would definitely recommend and use Zero Waste Group again.

I have used Zero Waste before but looked around for a few quotes. One company hoicked their online price by 50% then said 'we fix the price when we see the load' (no thanks,been caught like that before), and another one quoted an outrageous price then wanted to 'negotiate.' I gave up and asked ZW to deal with what was a small man with a van load - one of the selling points is that they quote inclusive of VAT and aren't unreasonably high if you don't have much to be removed.
I opted for the cheapest option of wait in all day. Apart from a slight glitch when I checked early in the day and found out I wasn't booked in (hence the 4 stars not 5) which ZW amended immediately to the next day, service was impeccable. Man driving the van was courteous and load (including some very manky carpet) was quickly removed.
