Ordered the probiotics for my dog. I have used them for about a month now and it’s not helping my dog’s allergies or gut health at all! I’ll be looking a different brand!

Ordered easily, delivered quickly.
After months of trying vet prescribed medication for itching I tried these, they have been magic! Itching has significantly reduced to a normal amount of itch and scratch for a dog. Skin is no longer red. My dogs are no longer constantly annoyed by itching!

Awful customer service. Their replies are incredibly slow, if you even get a reply at all. Took over a week to recieve a reply after multiple emails to try and get in contact with them. The product I recieved was covered in mould in less than a week after opening. Something that definitely should nit have happened. Would not recommend buying from this company. Will be looking elsewhere for my dog.

The produce doesn't seems to be an issue at all, it's their God awful customer service. I order £50 worth of product almost 2 months ago and still not recieved it, the first time I got in contact I was told that one of the items was out of stock but would be back by the next week and they would keep my updated, since then I've email twice since, asking for a refund and I've heard nothing. £50 I've lost, it doesn't seem much but in the cost of living crisis currently it's money I don't want to lose. Very disappointed and quite frankly disgusted at their customer service

I wish I have read the reviews before ordering this zesty paws calming chews did crap for my dog recommended dosage 3 she weighs 85 lb I had to put a trazodone half with it to do anything I will be calling customer service to contact for a refund

We’ve been loyal customers of Zesty Paws for years, but something has clearly changed. It’s unclear whether Zesty Paws has been sold, undergone major leadership changes, or is now being run by an absentee, neglectful owner and leadership. What’s for certain is that the Zesty Paws of today is not the same as the one we once trusted, three years ago.

In the past, Zesty Paws was responsive—answering calls, replying to emails, in a timely manner and accurate fashion, and providing helpful customer service. That’s no longer the case. Now, their phone goes straight to voicemail, and you can forget about ever getting a call back, or the follow-up that Zesty Paws agents promise you.

While we’ve had positive experiences with some of Zesty Paws' products, I’ve always been wary of the $4 billion, annual (USA) pet supplement industry. Unlike reputable companies like Purina, which invests in credible veterinary nutrition, and research and development, Zesty Paws lacks transparency and raises serious red flags.

Eventually, our concerns led us to stop giving our dogs Zesty Paws supplements.

Zesty Paws may have flashy, attention-grabbing marketing, but behind that polished exterior, it feels like there’s nothing substantial or trustworthy.

I’ve given Zesty Paws multiple opportunities to address my concerns and restore my trust, but they’ve failed at every turn. We are now seeking new supplement options, as my patience with Zesty Paws has run out. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.

I got a really good deal on these immune system chews, because I couldn't afford to get pet lab chews. The packaging is cute but it has done absolutely nothing for my dog's allergies! She still scratches, digs and bites and she is miserable. I regret not just waiting to be able to afford the pet lab chews. I still have half of one jar and an entire second container because it was a buy one get one deal. My dog is so miserable that she moans and whines when she scratches! I do not recommend this product, unfortunately.

I tried to order from their website, but their website is not accessible for blind users, and they don’t explain anything very well. I tried to order there all in one treats for my dog, but I had to use chewy instead of their website because their customer service was poor

If I could give Zesty Scammers a Zero review I would. They hook you into doing multiple months and when you realize this doesn't work they refund only the last money. Beware. Scammers!

We use it for allergies and working not bad.

I have purchased various products from Zesty Paws for over 3 years and spent a considerable amount of money with them. The products are good in my experience and have helped my dogs. Customer service however is very poor. My last order was cancelled for no reason given. I have spent several days trying to find out why. I was told to buy from Amazon or Chewy, but I prefer to buy directly from Zesty as the quality is better. I have had to follow up on my order three times to be told that they are waiting to hear from management. So in the end I ordered from Amazon and hoping that the quality will be OK because one box of the chews I ordered through Amazon before was a funny colour. So one star for customer service. They send extremely irritating emails about how they care for my bestie....but clearly they don't

They want people to help sell their product but won’t provide one free sample so they can. Terrible brand and company.

Used hip and joint and probiotic chews.

Very pricey for what they are. Unfortunately my dog rejected them and wouldn’t eat them. The smell of the treats isn’t the best overwhelming to say the least. The chews contained atleast 3 -4 different types of flour too, a more natural chew for such a premium price would maybe be better

I have bought these skin and coat bites twice now, they are spendy for how much you get. The First bag I just overlooked the crumbs in the bottom, this bag has alot more, really wondering how many actual chews I can get from it, I will end up giving a teaspoon of the crumbs over my dogs food until it's gone. They are to expensive for that! Sad, can't even get all the chews out of a bag....not even sure they are working either......have pics to share, but there's nothing for me to be able to do that on here

We have one extremely anxious dog and getting the best meds from a special veterinarian that deals with us issue.He still has a lot of anxiety,so why not try this highly recommend product!y other dog just had common fears of noise etc.
They both had these calming bites, I was excited and shocked to see how well they worked. That being said I was also shocked that they both had really bad diarrhea shortly after! The extremely anxious one is 75 lbs happened the next morning, the other one is 90lbs and he got it just hours later. I'm not sure if it's the Turkey, which I didn't notice until after the fact or if it's the atcual active ingredients. I would like to try a different flavor and a smaller dose but I won't put my pups or myself through that again.

I called to return some calming cat chews that my cats didn't like and was told I could not return them and instead exchange them for a different item. The customer service woman was FANTASTIC and we had a great chat about preventative services and other things. I had to leave a nice review even though I didn't ask her name. Great customer service ZestyPaws! Thank you!

I am a long time customer of Zesty Paws and all purchases were positive experiences - easy to shop on their website, quality products, and timely shipment. I have noticed their prices ticking up after Covid, so I will only buy when they offer good promotion codes. Aside from that, I would recommend them.
