Won't pay out winnings of free bet
I had a bet settled on the 1st January, it's now the 4th January, and the winnings have still not been transferred to my balance for withdrawal. Onto customer support every day and get fobbed off with the same excuse around it being escalated, but still I am waiting for my money to withdraw.
Are they actually able to help or just kicking the can down the road?

The above is a copy of their email. They sent the email AFTER I sent them 4 copies of my account details including IBAN and SWIFT numbers- which they don't need.
They are being deliberately obstructive in giving me the £23, it's only a profit of £3!!!, I've been a member of many sites before- and never encountered this ridiculousness.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for my cashout to be processed even though it states max withdrawl time is 6-10 days for a wire transfer and that is also something that I never asked for they just implemented it.
As for customer service and trying to het an answer is just ridiculous all they say is please be patient we are dealing with this for 2 weeks let's just say patience is wearing thin.
Best of it is I had another win after I made the 1st withdrawal and this has been processed without any issue but typical ZETBET no answers as to why just typical response it's with the relevant department just wait.

I'll keep it factual for others to consider.
This is explicitly reference the Casino (slots) and are reflective of my situation. For small odds (less than £2.50 per spin) they have a good selection of slots and average returns. The RTP on the slots are stated as high (ish) which may be fact on the lower odds. Bonuses are average.
As soon as the bet amount is increased, e.g. £3.50 - £10 per spin, and this may be a provider snatch, the RTP is definitely suspect. I have done some deep diving on the maths with regards to this (and not exclusively on ZetBet) - seems the games are rigged the higher the bet amount goes.
All casinos will state that the UKGC check them regularly, but frankly this should give you little comfort as games behaviour should be agnostic to an amount if (as we are told) the RTP is based on the RANG that has no memory!
In short, whilst the selection of slots is good, the payouts are poor - on 5000 spins over 2 random days, 5 different times and bets from £1.25 to £10 per spin - the RTP was shocking. Again you will be told that RTP is based on thousands, millions, trillions of spins so you should only expect an average. This casino will not return you the average whatsoever.
All in all, I think the providers are also involved in these 'tweaks' which dictate the tone of the returns, so not entirely the casinos doing.
I have come to the conclusion that the fun has now gone out of gambling with online slots - I have done analysis on 14 casinos over the past 30 months (Zetbet included) and the wins, bonuses and fun factor have declined significantly where if you try and obtain detail, the shroud of RTP, averages, UKGC etc are all used to distract.
I have now closed my account, cannot recommend them (or plenty of others) SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR - close all your betting / slot accounts and buy yourself something nice instead.
Do not give anymore of your hard earned cash to these companies, its a swindle on a global scale. If in doubt, consult Youtube and watch the sponsored affiliated jokers who spin away millions per day - the complete opposite to the realities of gambling.
