If it's possible to give this terrible Hosting Zero rating, I will give them, they don't deserve even 1 star. Zillionkinghost is the worst, most annoying and terrible Hosting platform. If you want to host your website and decide to choose Zillionkinghost, just know you just signed away your peace of mind. Zillionkinghost is Terrible! Worst of them all! AVOID ZILLIONKINGHOST FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND.

So started hosting with them over 2 years ago based on recommendations from a friend, at first their services had no issues, then over a year plus ago I noticed their poor customer's ticket, call and WhatsApp response time was becoming worse with each month that pass, issues with downtime, inability to access basic cpanel /hosting controls, and now with their recent migration, No prior email or text or notification notice before migration to allow users to backup their files, all website files were deleted without an apology, and no backup or ways to recover this deleted websites. PLEASE AVOID THEIR SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO PRIORITIZE YOUR BUSINESS ONLINE AND NOT LOSS YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS DUE TO POOR WEB SERVICES

Worst Hosting company ever, I won't recommend to anyone. It's always offline and you will end up losing files.

I regret hosting and buying domains from this company.
My domain is not displaying,
I can't get access to cpanel,
Their server is always down.
Very poor infrastructure. Avoid them to save your money.

This is the worst hosting company I've ever seen. I just wasted my money hosting 3 different websites with this clown. Total waste of time and resources.

The support is wack, you will raise ticket and it will be there hours without response. I wonder how someone could trust such with their business. I am very disappointed with the service.

The most reckless hosting company in Nigeria — Look I have a ticket of 3months unattended.

Extremely poor customer service, useless bandwidth issues even when you haven’t gotten to your limit…

Years back they used to be good. But now they have become the most unreliable reseller I have dealt with . From unanswered tickets to unanswered calls! And why even bother providing whatsapp numbers when they don’t respond to enquiries on it?? Never recommend!!

Please avoid this hosting. They won't respond to your ticket forever. If you like call on Whatsapp, they won't respond. 1/100

If you really take your online presence as a priority, please don't use this hosting company. They are the king of the worst. They neither respond to complaints nor receive calls via their customer care line.

Just forget about them and move on to another...they are not even an option.

Shitty host. Takes time to respond and never acts on complaints. I will NEVER recommend anyone to use this host company, your experience will end in tears.

You didn't show my C panel after successful payment, and no direction on how to get it.
So, how do i upload my website?

Over the past few weeks my site was degraded in performance, opened a ticket, no response, chatted on whatsapp, same thing. Support has become very poor.

I’ve never seen a domain registrar and hosting provider whose support is better than ZILLIONKINGHOST their live support | Help Desk is top notch. Even at midnight they respond. I can’t thank you guys enough.

Well I could say I've been using their service for a while now and I've never experienced any issues, their customer service is top-notch I think I'll stop here for now
