Zil Money is a great service for AP automation. Sending checks has never been easier AND I can use my credit card to send a check to suppliers.

It's another bait-and-switch scam. There is no free plan; it's a fifteen-day trial, then it gets expensive. As soon as I can find the secret passage to delete my account, I'm out. Free Check Writer is the bait; in 15 days, you must choose a pay as you go plan or an enterprise plan. There seems to be no way to delete your account either. Tried to talk to their chat, could get a response for a different issue, but typed " delete account"... Looks like we missed your chat, we'll get back to you later. Well Later then. Much...

Processed a payment with credit card: 1. it took 3 days before it showed complete; 2. Day 4 they said it was reversed and charged $45 return fee. Have contacted support and asked to speak to management - has been promised 3 times but never delivered. They also charged an arbitrary fee of $30 - that was never disclosed - still trying to figure out what that is for. I'm beginning to understand why their BBB rating is F

Zil Money is by far the most frustrating and unreliable payment platform I’ve ever encountered. I deeply regret signing up — especially after purchasing their so-called “lifetime” plan, which has turned out to be a complete waste of money.

No matter what I do, they keep declining my credit card transactions, even for simple, regular payroll or business payments. I’ve gone above and beyond to verify my identity and provide every piece of documentation they requested — photos of my credit cards (front and back), photos of myself holding the cards, driver’s license, uploaded invoices, statements, you name it. I’ve jumped through every hoop multiple times. And yet? Still declined. Still blocked. Still no explanation.

Their “support” is completely unhelpful — no clear answers, no resolution, just a loop of nonsense. How can you trust a payment processor that refuses to let you process payments — after you paid them hundreds of dollars upfront for a so-called unlimited plan?

This is not just bad service — it’s borderline fraud. They advertise one thing and deliver the exact opposite. They’re more interested in collecting money from you than actually providing the service you paid for.

DO NOT use Zil Money. If you're a business owner looking for a reliable tool for payments or payroll, look elsewhere. This company will waste your time, take your money, and leave you with nothing but frustration and delays. I’m warning you from experience — run far away.

We were already in contact with your team multiple times. You know who we are — just search our business name: “It’s Mine LLC.” Every ignored email, every rejected submission, and every failed attempt to get basic support is in your system.

We submitted:
• Credit card photos (front and back)
• A selfie holding the card
• Driver’s license
• Invoices
• Statements
• And more

Despite this, you never gave us a single specific explanation. No human reached out to help us correct the issue. You didn’t want to resolve anything — you just wanted to decline and disappear.

And now your Trustpilot reply is full of contradictions:
• First, you blamed the automated system
• Then, you claimed human review is involved
• Then, it was about “strict verification”
• Now it’s the card processors’ fault

You can’t keep moving the blame around. The only consistent thing here is your failure to deliver what you advertise.

Let’s talk about your so-called lifetime plan. You marketed it as a solution for business owners — but once paid, it turns out nothing works, and your support vanishes. That’s not just bad business — it’s a bait-and-switch.

And now you’re trying to patch it up in the comments with a refund note and another vague excuse? Too little, too late.

ZilMoney offers a convenient platform for managing digital payments, check printing, and ACH transfers. It's user-friendly, especially for small businesses, though occasional bugs and pricing tiers may affect usability. Still, a solid financial tool overall.

Zil Money is a scam. I tried processing a payment using my credit card, but it kept declining. I called customer service, and they told me my invoice was being rejected. I asked for an invoice template, but they couldn’t provide any guidance. When I asked more questions, they told me to try again in three months. Customer service is terrible—I’ve wasted time and money on a service they promote but can’t deliver on.

Zil Money denied our ACH services for our 501(c)(3) nonprofit because we openly support incarcerated trans and queer people — and because I, the Finance Director, am a transgender woman.

Our bank’s Vice President even offered to provide Zil Money with any approval letters they needed. Instead, they rejected our application with no valid explanation and refused to support us after I raised concerns about one of their staff being openly transphobic.

We paid Zil Money to process our ACH setup and never got the service we applied for — only discrimination. We’re trying to get our money back, and take our business, elsewhere.

If you value equal treatment and basic respect for LGBTQ+ communities, think twice before trusting Zil Money with your information or funds.
