Got Zindo. Got paid. One letter from an attorney and my customer called immediately and paid. Highly recommended! No brainer.

Downloaded the free whitepaper which included the “Timeline for Success.” This didn’t cost me anything and really helped my staff understand how to make sure our good customers don’t slip away. Now they know what to do to prevent a late payer from becoming past due. That’s half the battle.

I care about my patients.  I also care about my employees and my practice.  Past due balances have always been a problem.  My practice is still a business, even though I’m a physician. I don’t want to send my patients to a collection agency, and now new rules for medical debts eliminate the credit bureaus as an option, so that’s no longer a solution. Heard about Zindo from another doctor who knows the founder, a veterinarian. I gave them a try. Very impressed, very professional.  I thought attorneys only sent demand letters that would scare my patients and hurt my practice.  Instead, they worked with me to create letters I was comfortable with, containing compassion and professionalism. My patients respond to the friendly attorney letters and call my staff to work out arrangements that I could live with.  That’s so much better than the patients paying nothing because they are too afraid to contact the office.It would cost me a lot more than my Zindo subscription to hire a new employee to give me this piece of mind.

I warned my customer that I couldn’t continue to let things slide.  He ignored me, my staff, even a collection agency.  I didn’t realize in the beginning what Zindo was, or how they did what they did.  When my customer got three letters in three weeks and then got a copy of the lawsuit that had been prepared against him, he paid. Now I know I have something that works, that I can afford. I now have peace of mind that things will no longer slide.

I’ll gladly pay $1500 a month to have an attorney send letters, including a lawsuit draft, to 10 different customers each month with unpaid balances. That’s an affordable solution.

Got paid in DAYS, not weeks! Very satisfied. I'd respond to an attorney letter, so do my customers. Very affordable for what I received...the peace of mind my partners and I now have a solution to our cash flow problem. Makes work much less stressful.

The third phase IRS letter gets attention, that’s for sure! The escalation works. Great value, very professional.

I knew that if I simply sent my slow paying customers a demand letter from an attorney they would pay me. The squeaky wheel always gets the grease. I couldn’t get an attorney to send a demand letter for less than $450.

Zindo does so much more for less than $200 per customer, which is worth it to me to make sure I get paid. The subscription I have says I can cancel anytime, so I’m not locked in to anything if I don’t need them.

Couldn't be happier with Zindo. They made the collection process simple and straightforward. This was my first time using them and definitely not the last. I'll be outsourcing all overdue accounts to Zindo in the future.
